Love Your Kids Childcare Center

Working in childcare i dont care how it sounds during a schedule tour , i love centers you can just pop up in , call when you want come tour anytime thats the Center for me because that means everyone is being there true authentic self this center gives family vibes and my daughter is happy when she comes in and happy at pick up some mornings wont even say bye she just run to her room and that speaks volume also gives momma peace knowing while im at work she has attentive loving care ! The atmosphere is amazing the director heart of gold , so im reviewing to set the tone “stop just putting your child anywhere cause you need care !” place them in environments where they are loved “this center is a good choice i wouldnt recommend anywhere else teacher are amazing and im so happy i choose this center for my daughter!

This daycare is filthy do not let your kids go here for the 3rd time my child has gotten hands feet and mouth, it's ran by 3 women and there's too many kids for 3 women to handle , every time she comes back from there which she doesn't go back often she has bumps can't sleep at night it's painful and has a bad diaper rash. I highly don't recommend. If I could give zero stars I would

Great daycare treats kids and their families like family there are some great teachers especially ms tee tee and ms Gwen and ms brandy and the front staff were great as well answered every question I had

I just called to inquire about enrollment and im not sure who answered the phone but i didn’t even get the chance to ask about enrollment because the woman was so rude and unpleasant. Her tone of voice let me know she was annoyed and basically was upset i was calling like “ugh why folks keep calling” The phone answered and no greeting, no questions about why I’m calling. Just a simple and rude “yes” and i asked “is this the love your kids daycare” again with the rude and unpleasant “yes”. I then said never mind and hung up because if your receptionist desk don’t have simple phone Etiquette and don’t have basic customer service skills for new and inquiring parents it tells me everything i need to know about this facility and that i do not want my baby going here. If you can be rude and unpleasant to someone who just wants information who knows how you’re treating the kids there. I’m GOOD
