I don’t usually leave reviews unless I truly feel like it will help another family. Searching for quality childcare can be trial and error — hit or miss — and when it comes to our most valuable people, we don’t want to place them in just anyone’s hands. We want — no, we need — reassurance that while we’re out providing for our families, our children are in great hands. With that said, I felt it was important to share my experience. We have been with Primecare Learning Center for almost two years now — since my youngest was just 3 months old — and they have truly been a blessing to our family. From the very beginning, the staff has treated all three of my girls with genuine care, patience, and kindness. As a mom, peace of mind is everything, and I feel completely comfortable dropping my children off here each day. The teachers are warm and attentive, and the directors are extremely professional and responsive whenever I have questions. One thing I especially appreciate is the consistency of the staff. At other centers we’ve used in the past, teachers were constantly changing, which can be unsettling for both parents and children. Here, the faces remain familiar, and that stability says a lot about the environment and leadership. There is no drama or chaos — just a calm, well-run center that stays focused on the children. Communication is excellent. If anything happens — even something minor, like another toddler scratching my child — they notify me right away and address it appropriately. That level of transparency builds real trust. The facility itself is consistently clean and well maintained. It never has that overwhelming diaper smell (parents know exactly what I mean), and the atmosphere always feels safe, organized, and welcoming. I also love the little touches that show they truly pour into the kids. They send out monthly newsletters, and my children have even been featured. My after-school kids have made Student of the Month, and the after-school teachers are amazing. The infant teachers are amazing as well — patient, loving, and attentive during such an important stage. Another huge plus for working parents is that they provide transportation to and from school and they are going to make sure your before- and after-school babies are fed, regardless of if they ate at home or not breakfast is given, which has been incredibly helpful for our routine and the unpredictable. They also offer summer camp programming for families who need it. If you are a parent like me who reads reviews carefully (lol no matter the length) before choosing childcare, I would absolutely recommend giving this center a serious look. Finding a safe, clean, consistent, and genuinely caring place for your children is priceless — and this center has truly been that for our family. — A grateful mom of three 🫶🏾
My families experience at Prime Care has been one filled with love and support. They have met our needs academically and we are proud of the growth our daughter has made since joining the Prime Care Learning Center at the Stone Mountain Location.
My two daughters have been at this school for two years in a row and it has been a very good experience. The teachers and the principal are very friendly and professional. They were a great help with potty training and my 3-year-old learned a lot in a very short time. Highly recommended.💖
In particular, for me it is an excellent school where I can say that my daughter feels super happy to attend, the teachers are very kind and attentive
My son was in their pre K program, he was always happy to go. He went into public school into kindergarten and when we told him we were putting him in the after school program, that he would be going there after school, he was happy and said he missed it. Friendly and communicative staff. They have a bus that transports from local elementary schools. Keeps my son busy while I’m at work and I pick him up and he’s happy. Couldn’t be more satisfied with Primecare.
