I get that the kids that get stuck at this type of school are "troubled" and misbehave but this has been a horrible experience. He went to the learning center west the last 2 years but this school year he was transferred to this God awful school. My kid came home twice saying he was picked up and body slammed by a kid twice his size... his glasses were broken during one of these. At no point in time has anyone from this school contacted me for anything my child has done... but when I bring up him being assaulted his teacher just says "he's not innocent in all of this". She literally told me these only happen when she leaves the room... why would you leave these types of kids alone? I'm looking into ANYTHING else for him for next year...
