Our child just turning three has gone here since we found it about 3 months ago. She is now immersed in 90% fluent Chinese, 10% english with half the class coming from Chinese speaking households. Our child is effectively immersed in Chinese at the right age to have a strong opportunity to be a bilingual adult. As for cost I was stunned that it is so inexpensive considering the hours and potential that it offers. They have two locations and are associated, feed students into a chinese emersion grade school nearby. Our 3 year old already sings songs in Chinese, and absolutely loves the place. If we pick her up before 5 she gets upset because she doesn't get enough time to play outside. A mix of ages pre-kindergarten, means she has ample opportunities to teach younger kids and learn from older kids. Both as critical of skills as the language.
As a father of two children who attended this preschool from the age of 1 to 5, I can confidently say that this school has been an incredible blessing for our family. The education here is truly outstanding. Both of my kids transitioned to elementary school with exceptional skills in both Chinese and English, which has given them a significant advantage academically and socially. I am deeply grateful to the dedicated director and the amazing team of teachers who have worked so hard to create such a nurturing and inspiring environment. My children spent five joyful years here, learning, growing, and building cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
My son attended the Roseville location and currently, my daughter attends the St. Anthony location. Both locations have great teachers, very patient and loving. Both my kids are very happy to go to daycare everyday, and they enjoy learning, as well as playing when they are there. The place is kept clean, and both my kids hardly get sick.
I highly recommend MN Chinese Daycare. My third grader attended from 1.5 to 5 years old. The staff is so warm and loving to all the students. Both the learning activities and play are well organized and robust. Chinese language learning is well supported. It felt like the staff became part of our family. Teachers still inquire about how Joseph is doing and even remember his birthday. I cannot say enough about MN Chinese Daycare. We just feel so lucky to have had them as part of Joseph's growth and development.
