They don’t even deserve a star. My son started school today and they kicked him out on his first day. They didn’t even give him a chance. I also called twice throughout the day to see if he was doing okay. Which they both said he was. They even sent me a little note. Which stated that he was doing good but he was having a hard time keeping his hand to himself. I went to pick him up after work and they both told me that he was not welcomed back. Now I’ll be out of working trying to find a new daycare.
Extremely unorganized staff that should not be working with children. Lots of yelling and unkind statements made to children. I felt bad every day I dropped my child off here. Kids were bored out of their minds and there was no structure. You will pay to have your kids sit in a room, take longer naps than required by the state, and they often combine age groups due to lack of space and teacher absences/ turnover. Owner spoke openly about "undiagnosed" children when there were situations of conflict. Very unprofessional! I could document countless examples of sub-standard care in the short time we were there. Think twice parents. Just walk through the front door and see the sloppy desk/office first thing and trust your gut.
I love Miss Lizzie's Learn and Play I once thought my son was not progressing fast enough at his age but since attening Miss Lizzie's Learn and Play My son has done so well since attending this Daycare, He is talking better he is couting saying his ABC's singing songs OMG!!! he just amazes me day to day on how much he has learned!! Plus it is very affordable as well I love this place!!! I just wish this daycare was around when my daughter was in Daycare If and wen I have more kids they will most def attend there!!!!
The teacher back in 2021 held my daughter upside down by her foot ONE FOOT AND WAS HITTING HER WHILE MY 5 YEAR OLD WITNESS AND TOLD ME EVERYTHING They do know me and my 3 kids ive gotten married and changed my last name so please dont lie! You abused my 1 year old my daughter can testify in court and i have pictures AND DOCUMENTATION THAT I SIGNED to prove my children went here !!! Response to you the ownerr lying saying my kids never went here I have pictures and a recording of my kids and my oldest telling me what my youngest daughter teacher did please dont lie !!! Like I said yall ABUSED MY INFANT !!! I CAN DESCRIBE THIS DAYCARE IN AND OUT I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT CENTER WAS MY KIDS FIRST DAYCARE !!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND LEFT TRAUMA!
I just called inquiring about a floater position, and the woman that answered the phone was exceptionally rude and brusque. I told her "I was calling to see if you all had any floater positions available." And she says to me "That means you have no education." And I told her, "Well I guess you could say that." Because I was just so shocked and taken aback. And then she tells me, "Well, we don't have any right now." And before I could finish my goodbyes she hangs up the phone on me. After I processed and collected myself (I was upset), I leave a voicemail explaining to her that I am a young 21 year old Black female, I am a Black person just like her, trying to better my life and that she offended me tremendously. I have traveled to China, I graduated at the age of 16 years old and she had the nerve to tell me I don't have an education. I am so happy they don't have any positions available, she has made them look bad.
