We are so happy to have your daughter at Mi Pequena. She started when she was 16 months old and immediately I started noticing new words she has been learning in Spanish and how more interactive she was becoming. I love all of the difference activities she is being exposed to and enjoy seeing her videos and pictures on the app. She’s always in a good mood when she comes home. We are grateful for the amazing teachers and for the care and love they show to our daughter. I feel our daughter is in the best hands. Can’t say enough great things. You won’t regret bringing your children here.
Highly recommended. Our daughter has been thriving in this school over the past few years. Very innovative and advanced curriculum with new activities every day.
I was drawn to the program at MPA because of the Spanish immersion. My son's heritage language is Spanish and his enthusiasm for it was beginning to diminish. I was looking for a new program for him and MPA fit what we needed. What I did not realize at the time is that MPA is more than just a Spanish immersion preschool. It is truly a community! The teachers are very enthusiastic about the work that they do and truly care about the children. Every day my child has opportunities to engage in hands on and immersive activities that help him develop as a learner and as a Spanish speaker. My son loves his teachers and friends and enjoys coming here every day.
We’ve been at MPA for about 3 years and highly recommend it. One of my kids was incredibly quiet and shy, and the MPA team has fostered incredible social development. My other child needs lots of coaching around turn taking, being gentle, etc, and the MPA team is incredibly patient and supportive. Today is the first day of “summer break” and both kids asked to go to school!
We could not be happier with our experience at Mi Pequena Academia. Our son started when he turned 2 years old (we lived in another town before). Alejandra, Carmenza, and Fiorela were so attentive during our son's transition to the center. He truly loves going to "school" each day. We actually started at another day care in Melrose that we did not like and noticed a huge difference when we switched to Mi Pequena Academia - our son is excited to start his day and is calm and happy at pick up. Communication with parents is great (through an application), and we love seeing the wide variety of activities that the children participate in each week. Our son hears and speaks in English (with me) and Hungarian (with my husband) at home, so we were interested to see how he would integrate Spanish. He seems to be loving it! He uses different words at home now for food and colors, and we are excited to see how his Spanish progresses. Wish we could give 10 stars to Mi Pequena Academia!
