My oldest son ended up getting kick out of the daycare for behavior about a year ago. He was diagnosed with autism last month and I have always suspected it. They told me he doesn’t have nothing wrong with him and he’s basically just bad. Typical of older people. Nonetheless, I still checked him into the daycare so that “I don’t lose my voucher”, basically I found out that you can put your vouchers on HOLD. Do not let these people tell you that you have to continually punch your child in or allow them to! They just want the money!! I felt like they were very money hungry at that point. My youngest was still attending, I don’t typically complain about rules, unless they aren’t consistent. I admit I was pretty late (15-20min) one day they said I had to pay $20 for being late. My mom ran late another day and they said I needed to pay $28, $20 for being late plus a dollar extra per minute. So I was confused because one day it’s $20 the next it’s $28. I just find it weird that although I allowed these people to get paid for my child being there when he wasn’t for months, they nickeled and dime me about $20!? That’s what made me pull my other son out. Other than them using random generic diapers on my son after I brung him pampers brand. He could be allergic or anything, they don’t care. They kept my son clothes after we left I didn’t even ask for them because an employee told me they had tons of extra clothes from other children and a room full of diapers. I feel bad for the staff, they are truly nice people.
