It is a rare gem that has staff that is experienced, well tenured, and joyful. They truly care for our family and our kids built lifelong friends and memories. Our son has attended Maple Tree for 2.5 years and it has been a great experience the entire time. The teachers are kind, sensible and approachable, and are happy to coordinate with parents. The director Jennie is wonderful, very compassionate and truly devoted to making the center the best it can be. We and our son have always been treated with respect, transparency and professionalism at Maple Tree.
My family has just concluded a 10 year relationship with Maple Tree Childcare and I can't speak more highly about it. We've had three kids receive care at infant, toddler, and preschool age. The staff there have been excellent and responsive. I can't think of many organizations that I would go out of my way to recommend, but Mapletree has been a blessing of great staff, reasonable prices, and the safe facilities. Just to make the point clear, we just had twins graduate into kindergarten and our ten year old was there. Most of the core staff that was there at the graduation had been there when the ten year old started in the infant room. Having that staff consistency and lack of turnover, particularly coming out of the Covid Pandemic is amazing. Mapletree is a unicorn in a childcare industry fraught with over-charging businesses or under-delivering operations.
