AppleCore learning is an excellent school , my son had to leave because we move to a new neighborhood . We miss the loving and hardworking teachers. Especially miss Ashanti . I wish we could stay. We came to Applecore last year after our son had a very negative experience at his last daycare and from Day 1 their staff has treated our child and our entire family with care, respect and love. The first time I spoke with his teacher he was continuing his problematic behaviors, but she let me know that she was happy to have him in her class and that we were going to work together to help him progress. Almost a year and half later, I cannot believe the progress my son has made. He went from hating school and being in tears all the time to absolutely loving his teachers and friends. Applecore has developed his social-emotional skills tremendously and each staff member to a person has been lovely in each interaction. My son is leaving Applecore in such a better place than he arrived in every way and I cannot express how much this has positively impacted our entire family. We will miss you all so much and will always be thankful for the foundation that Applecore established in our son.
My two children have been apart of Applecore since 2018! This year my last child will graduate to head on to Kindergarten so it is a bittersweet situation for me! The staff have been excellent to myself and children. Applecore honestly seems like a family and that's why I stayed for so long! I have recommended countless people to have their children attend the school even well before they were with the district and I will continue to promote them well after I leave for good this summer. I seriously love you Applecore...thank you for loving up on my babies!
We have been a part of the Applecore community for a year and are continuing in the years to come. At Applecore you will find caring, responsive, and professional staff - my son feels their genuine love whenever he walks through the door and is greeted with smiles. It’s important to trust who you leave your children with, and I have no doubts or concerns with any staff I have encountered from assistants to administrators. This year my son has grown significantly in his confidence, academics, and social skills due to his time at Applecore. He has made great friendships with children from diverse backgrounds, which is invaluable at this age. Applecore follows research based curriculums aligned with the district standards while also encouraging the free play and unstructured time in/outdoors needed in early childhood. There are many opportunities to become involved in the community through events in and out of the classroom, which has fostered a sense of connection and support for the whole family. We can’t wait for our next son to attend!
