My daughter has been attending the South Mountain YMCA for 2+ years. She has completely thrived in their care and has grown by leaps and bounds both emotionally and intellectually. Every day she comes home having learned something new. So when we were expecting another kiddo, we knew that we wanted to place him in the infant room right away. All of the teachers are so warm, supportive and nurturing, whether for the babies or the preschoolers. We couldn't ask for a better community for our children!
I couldn't be happier with my experience with the South Mountain YMCA Early Childhood Center! Sending my 6 month old to daycare was a big step for my family and the Y made it so easy and were incredibly supportive. My child loves being there, the teachers are warm and welcoming, and the administrative staff is responsible and accommodating. I can't imagine sending my son anywhere else!
The patience that the leadership and staff have had with me and my special needs child is beyond anything I could have ever imagined. As a first time mom who had never left her child in the care of anyone in 2+ years, this place was a first choice, and the best choice. They have their hands full with my son but they welcome him with love. They show my family and my son endless kindness, patience and acceptance and we appreciate them so much for it. This school is full of love, professionalism and devotion to the children in their care.
Our daughter has been a family member of the Y since she was 4 months old. We can't imagine a better or more supportive community for her to thrive in and are so grateful for the love and care all of her teachers and the administration have provided over our 3 years here thus far!
