According to the NC Dept of Health and Human Services, Mallard Creek Learning Center has a Five Star Center License. This rating is not easily obtained or maintained. I have seen the hard work and love that goes into running MCLC. I strongly suggest that if you are looking for childcare, check out the establishment yourself, I am not sharing my opinion, I am sharing what the state has documented.
Mrs. Jackie William is truly a blessing to children and families. She has a heart full of compassion and makes sure every child feels safe, loved, and excited to learn. I highly recommend MCLC!
Before I get started, I want to say Ms.deb, ms.Beverley and my daughter’s morning teacher are the TOP Tier teachers at this center! Very polite, respectful and professional. My issue is with that angry bird director JACKIE. She’s money hungry and rude. How you charge for a late fee if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday? Then she shows no grace, “oh well” was her response. I decided to change my baby daycare before things got worse. The attitude and slick mouth was too much for me. I will miss her teachers and my baby did not want to leave but due to management she had to go!
As the parent of a 3 year old who has attended Mallard Creek Learning Center since he was 5 months, I have definitely appreciated the manner in which they have taken care of my son. They have truly embraced him and done very well in making sure he is well taken care of and is learning to his potential! My experience with the staff has been awesome as he has progressed through the years. They are understanding of your situations and willing to help where they can. My son is a happy, vibrant, and very smart little boy who loves his daycare! I recommend Mallard Creek Learning Center if you need affordable and quality care for your child during their infant, toddler, and 4k years!!
My daughter LOVES going here! The staff is very nice to us and always talks about how much they love her. The teachers are sweet and patient with the children. And as academic wise my daughter is definitely ready for kindergarten. Sometimes unorganized but nothing that can’t be fixed.
