We had the absolute best experience with Macedonia over the years our daughter Tabby attended. From day one, every single staff member made us feel welcomed, supported, and confident in our decision to send her there. It wasn’t just a daycare—it truly felt like an extension of our family. Every teacher and worker there genuinely cared, not just about the kids, but about the families too. You could feel the love and investment they poured into everything they did—from learning activities and playtime to communication and daily updates. It gave us so much peace knowing Tabby was in a place where she was not only safe, but seen, heard, and loved. We’re incredibly grateful for the time our daughter spent at Macedonia , and we’ll always look back on those years with nothing but appreciation and fond memories. If you’re looking for a place that treats your child like their own, this is it.
Macedonia is an amazing daycare and pre-school. The staff has a lot of tenure and they deeply care about your children. We have spent the last 8 years with at least one of our kids going there and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Additionally, once our kids moved up to the preschool classes, the teachers did a GREAT job of preparing them for kindergarten. It was such an easy transition for them and I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff for investing their love, time, and energy into our kids.
Affordable preschool. They don't do any real kindergarten prep until age 4 though. The staff is very friendly and really cares about your family. My son started developing some behavior problems after he was switched to a new teacher. She didn't seem able to handle him even though we were assured she had experience. We started off great and loved this school until this happened. When my son turned 4 we had him tested for kindergarten readiness by the wonder years program and he was behind. Since starting with wonder years he is doing much better. They were able to address his behavior and properly correct it. He loves public school a lot more than his old preschool. Towards the end of our time at Macedonia, he started crying when I would leave him. (Something he had never done before.) This school was a big help in allowing me to afford to go back to work, but it just didn't work out long term for my family.
My wife and I have been very pleased with Macedonia. We live on the west side of town so we were looking for something convenient, but good. We currently have a 4 year old and a 2 year old there, they both like it very much. All the staff appears caring and nice, and everyone is smiling when we drop off our girls. We’ve never had any problems and are very thankful Macedonia exists!
My daughter goes here and Besides her past bad experiences with other daycares, I love this one!
