What Parents Say
Lullabies and Laughter receives mixed reviews ranging from 1-5 stars. Positive reviews praise cleanliness, engaging activities, educational focus, and parent communication, while negative reviews cite poor staff communication, inconsistent discipline practices, and alleged inappropriate handling of children.
I have been apart of the lullabies and laughter community for almost a decade. The facility is always clean, organized, and filled with engaging activities that keep the kids learning and entertained. They focus on both education and social development, which has made a huge difference in my child’s confidence and skills. I also love that they maintain great communication with parents, keeping us updated throughout the day with pictures and reports.
I’m giving them two stars because I know there are daycares far worse than our experience at Lullabies and Laughter. Firstly, there was a huge lack of communication with the teaching staff. I was never given any feedback about how my child was doing in class, with progress, behavior, etc. His teacher never spoke to me about his day, any issues he may have been having and so forth. It was as simple as “hi and bye” and sometimes that wouldn’t happen. However, there was one staff member who would greet me if she saw me. Secondly, I was told that my son had to sit out of a Valentine’s Day party because he was disruptive during nap (mind you this is the first time I’ve ever heard about his day after nearly nine months of him attending care). I was told he did not receive any treats and did not get to participate. I felt like this consequence was extremely inappropriate for a three year old to be shamed in this regard. When I called to speak with the director about this, she gave me a completely different story from what his teacher had said. I felt like it was a red flag that their accounts were not consistent with each other. Lastly, I always ask my son how his day was when I picked him up in the afternoon. One particular day he told me his teacher was really hard. When I asked what he meant, he demonstrated having his hair pulled. My son did not enjoy going to school and he would often tell me he doesn’t like school anymore and would often cry before going into the building. It’s been three weeks since I’ve pulled him out of this daycare and I haven’t received a single phone call from the center to see if he was okay or if he would be returning.
This daycare is by far the best. My child has attended multiple daycares that was very unprofessional and would never send my child home with his belongings rather it was a lost shoe ect Lullabies & Laughter will for ever receive a 5 star from me keep up the good work.
Rude and very unprofessional i called to inquire about my kid attending here and got told to find someone else with cheap prices
I love this daycare would recommend it to anybody
