My daughter has been going here since she was 3 months old (she’s 3 years now) and we have always loved it. She is currently potty trained except for pooping accidents and they have notified us every time our daughter has had one. Additionally, they send us photos and messages if she gets hurt, if she seems like she doesn’t feel good, AND lets us know what things she needs re stocked in her cubby (extra clothes, panties, etc.) My daughter has only ever had good things to say coming now from here. She loves all her teachers and her friends 🩷

So many negative reviews on here and I'm unsure why. We've been sending our little girl there for months now and had zero issues. I see reviews mentioning poor communication and uncleanliness but I've yet to witness anything remotely similar to either of those. The owner and workers send out messages via the Brightwheel app almost daily. They inform you when your child needs more diapers, wipes, formula, etc. and also inform you when they will be closed days in advance. The workers also, with your permission, send you photos of your little one when they are happy and smiling! As far as I can tell, thus far, 5/5 stars.

The owner is blatantly rude and does not communicate at all with the teachers. I have been communicating directly with the owner as there are multiple teachers that message on the apps and I was unsure of who else to speak to. No issues that I've brought up or plans I've made with the owner has ever been carried out and upon speaking to a teacher we were told she was unaware we were even training. One teacher said she thought he was too young, insinuating they do not know his age. They don't even seem to know anything about the children they watch. If our son ever has an accident there is no mention of what happened or how long he had gone without going potty or if they even asked him. At home he asks when he needs to go and claps and cheers when he does go. He has gone weeks without an accident at home. Yet they will state "he's not interested" and send us soiled clothes often while we never have any issues at home. They don't seem to be following or maintaining an appropriate schedule and as mentioned before do not even communicate with the teachers when the children are training. We know there is no communication because the owner would request that we only send in underwear and pullups but the teachers still ask for diapers and seem confused and unaware when we say he's potty training. They do not want to be bothered with these things and will just remove your child with zero notice or reasoning. Only reasons we received were issues we believed had already been solved while speaking to them. This establishment clearly does not seem to care about your children and is incapable of being professional as the owner will sooner yell at you than have a reasonable conversation or provide any explanation. With the consistent rudeness and lack of communication I do not recommend taking your child here to be cared for as these people do not even know what is going on with your child no matter how many conversations you have with them or the owner. Edit* I have been receiving messages and statements from previous employees and parents who used this daycare. Sorry for the language, this image is just to show common distaste for this facility shared by others. Potty training is a common issue this school states they assist with and then uses as an issue to the parents to remove children and allegedly the help does not create a welcome atmosphere for your child and they are exposed to harsh language.

I had to take my nephew to school not to long ago, when we got there, we rang the door bell and someone came out and checked his temp (which is fine because of covid), but this lady didnt even speak to me. When I let my nephew go in I wasn't even given the chance to say bye before the door was slammed in my face. Fast forward to me picking him up from school, they didnt tell me anything about his day, nothing about potty training, nothing about eating, or is he was good or bad. I understand his parents have access to the app, but I dont, so how was supposed to know anything about how his day was. Not to mention how often his father has talked about how the owner is rude, and there is no communication between the owner or staff. Terrible and toxic place to let your children be taught anything... Not to mention that the other day they let him urinate on himself to the point his shoes were soaked. (He is potty training, but his accidents arent enough to soak his shoes) That's not having an accident, that's child neglect in my personal opinion, and I find it disgusting anyone in that place would be okay with it.

We have been taking our two year old here during the day. The owner has been very rude to us frequently. They don't even respond if you tell them to have a good day while you are there. We tried to ignore it but there has always been an issue. At the beginning we were taking our son later in the day (his mother often starts work around 11am so she would spend the mornings with him and take him as she left.) The owner expressed this was an issue so we began bringing him in at 9:30 (this is the time that was specifically requested.) There was never any other word about this until today when it was convenient but I'll get to that. The next issue was with potty training. Our son uses the potty and comes to us and asks to go at home all the time. He goes the entire weekend with us without any accidents. However, upon returning to school he has an accident nearly daily. They use an app to track whether they used the potty or had accidents and on the days he has an accident, there's large amounts of Time between him going which shows the teachers do not take them on an appropriate schedule. An example being Monday, the app shows he went potty at 10:17 am. There is nothing else listed until 2:25pm when he had an accident. As any parent or caregiver knows, taking 4 hours between breaks will often result in accidents being had. After talking to the owner about our son potty training we were told to not even bring in diapers or wipes anymore and they would use only underwear or pullups. The teachers continued asking for diapers nearly weekly which shows they are not communicating with each other at all. My last message with a teacher she stated she was unaware that we were trying to potty train. Our son was kicked out with no notice today because they can't potty train him, he doesn't nap, and allegedly hit teachers when they tried to force him to nap. The hitting was NEVER once mentioned to us until he was kicked out and we were inquiring on the issue and what went wrong and was only mentioned after we explained that with his arrival time we were bringing him when they requested and his potty training has been going well at home and we simply don't understand where they were having issues at school. Instead of an answer they just said he hits teachers. Our son does not hit us, his cousins (who are around his age), his grandparents, or any of his friends and we have not had these complaints from any other caregivers he has seen. I would also like to note that when calling the owner to discuss his exit as there was no warning she immediately resorted to yelling at me. Multiple times I said I did not appreciate being yelled at as this was not a heated discussion and I just wanted to know what went wrong and how to mitigate. VERY unprofessional and childish behavior from someone that wants you to trust them to take care of and TEACH your child. Do not take your children here. They will not be properly taken care of. The teachers, especially the owner Tammy, are often rude and do not communicate at all. This is terrible practice for any childcare system. This is horrible practice when potty training as there is no consistency with the children. UPDATE: Just to put this out there for anybody who may read this, our son has been attending a new school for 3 days now. In his first 3 days, in a new environment, he has not had a single accident, has napped (2 days) or at least laid down and rested, and unsurprisingly has not allegedly 'hit' anybody.
