Very welcoming environment all the staff and teachers are nice made sure my kids were comfortable. Very secure school and communication is very simple. They keep you updated on your child the whole day! Everything I wanted for my kids daycare they provided! Very glad my kids are in a good daycare!

All of the teachers we have had have been awesome. Ms Linda is our current teacher and I am impressed daily with her attention to all the children. She is involved and is always updating us with pictures and reports. We had issue at previous daycare in town and what a blessing Creative Learning has been. Thank you all for what you do daily with our precious babies and being educated and patient with all types of children.

We love it at Creative Learning! The staff are all so nice and loving with the children. My child actually looks forward to going to daycare every day! My child’s vocabulary and social skills have thrived since being at Creative Learning. I am also very pleased with the security and locked door policy. I would 100% recommend!

Unacceptable and Dangerous Breach of Safety. DCS Caseworker Took Our Son Without Permission or Verification. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Creative Learning or the policies that allowed a shockingly dangerous incident to occur on their premises. What happened to our family is an absolute nightmare that should serve as a stark warning to all parents. A DCS caseworker was allowed to remove our 5-year-old African American son from Creative Learning without our knowledge or permission. The caseworker was reportedly looking for a 2-year-old Caucasian child with the same first name as our son. Creative Learning staff failed completely to verify the child's last name, age, or even race before releasing our son into the custody of an unverified person. This caseworker proceeded to take our son to a dentist appointment, a doctor’s appointment, and out to lunch before returning him to the daycare. We did not find out about this catastrophic error until nearly four months later, when the actual child the caseworker was looking for went back to the dentist for a follow-up. The dental office staff realized the child they were seeing (the 2-year-old Caucasian child) was not the one they had seen in May (our 5-year-old African American son). This is a profound, systemic failure of policy, training, and supervision on the part of Creative Learning. The fact that a child could be released to the wrong party and taken for an entire day—without the parents knowing, and without the caseworker, daycare, or medical offices verifying identity—is terrifying. Four months later, we still have not received any communication from Creative Learning about specific policy changes, disciplinary actions against the staff involved, or concrete steps being taken to ensure that this will never happen again. This facility has demonstrated a complete disregard for basic verification protocols and a failure to be transparent and accountable. Until we see evidence of immediate, comprehensive, and fundamental changes to their safety protocols and staff accountability, I would urge all parents to be extremely cautious. The safety of your child is not protected at Creative Learning.

I have used Creative Learning for my kiddos for the past 3 1/2 years. 3 of my 4 kiddos have been enrolled there. My kids have been loved and taken care of as their own. If I ever have questions they are answered promptly. I love being able to drop my kids off to people who care while I work.
