If I could give no stars I would. My experience with this daycare owner has been nothing but unprofessional. She discriminated against my daughter because she is special needs. She terminated her for getting picked up 18 minutes late. When she was told she would get picked up late, she acted as if everything was ok but later called me and terminated her. She would not and will not show me the policy that states the FIRST time the child is picked up late they are to be terminated with no late fee or warning. She is refusing to give me my documentation that I signed and my daughter’s medical forms. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone she is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Save yourself the disrespect.
How can you call yourself a childcare facility when you discriminated against a special needs child? You terminated her services because she was a little late being picked up....and by a little late I mean 18 minutes late. You have a policy that states that there is a 30 minute grace period. Then when the mother requested to obtain her paperwork you wouldn’t give them to her so that she could look at the policy to verify the grace period. I wouldn’t recommend sending your child there.
Very good quality what I find great is out of all daycares I have been to this is the best. the children there are nice my child says he loves it there and would rate it 10/10
