My son has been going here since he was 6 weeks old. He is now almost 4yrs old. He loves it here. This is his 2nd home. He was recently diagnosed with Autism and Rebecca has always been so helpful in leading me in the direction I needed to go to get the help he needs. He’s nonverbal and never leave him with anyone because he can’t talk to me but I know my Nate is safe here and loved by everyone! Thank you to everyone at Little Swans for showing him so much love, compassion and patience! He loves you guys!

Our son went here from 6 months to 2 years. We absolutely love Little Swans. They were so good with our son, and he learned so much there. They took good care of our family, and we miss them!! The only reason we left is because we moved out of town. If we still lived in Phoenix, we would still be at Little Swans.

Horribly ran facility. In my 10 years working in childcare plus having 3 children of my own never has a child gotten hand foot mouth or the flu as often as my infant did. You can’t go inside to pick up/drop off which adds to the feeling that they’re hiding something. Lice signs are posted weekly. The owner, Rebecca, takes it upon herself to often tell parents how to raise their children and what they should be doing according to her. Any slight disagreement with her or her opinions she becomes cold and dismissive. I was very afraid to express my concerns during my infants time there out of fear of retribution. When you express wanting something specific done for your infant it gets ignored and they just do things the way they think they should be done. It’s low priced because it’s low quality, you absolutely get what you pay for here. I’d give zero stars but that’s not an option.

Dropped my son off couple weeks ago at 6:30 (ish) and told him in front of the gentleman that came to the door “if anyone yells at you here you let me know.” I could tell by his body language he was confused, I was also was a bit nervous because it was our first time doing the “Daycare drop-off/ pickup from school” so i informed him he gets off at 1:00 and he immediately kneads down to my sons level and tells him what van to get on after school, at first i was irritated at this but ill explain later why i was wasn’t worried. Couple days into my son being here he let us know he loved it here, No one yelled and everyone was nice, Seemed staged to me at first because children are easily coerced in to what to say. but when a child physically gets upset at the fact you’re picking them up early and they actually wanna stay at a place they never been, says ALOT. I knew if my child love it here my anxiety needed to be laid to rest. We were now into almost a week into no communication/ no drop off of my child and when i called in the morning to ensure he was still good to go here Mrs. Rebecca said “absolutely just also remind the school because they bring him to us. COMMUNICATE. that’s exactly what you need to do, referring back to when i said I was “Irritated “ at the response of the gentleman but really the communication needs to be there between both( school/ daycare ). Area isn't the best but as a parents you gotta do what you need to at times. P.S - I kinda like that i cant walk in and out to drop off / pick up, makes it super private for other children that are in there to me the owner is treating it as privacy, there are children you do not need to see if they are not yours.
