This daycare is probably one of the best. The staff are unbelievably amazing and my son loves it there. I notice how quickly he is progressing and learning new things. Enrollment was easy and quick. I never have any issues making the weekly payment. Definitely 5 stars♥️

The most unorganized place ever!! I was referred to this daycare because I knew someone child who went there but that was the biggest mistake EVER!! 1st week of school my child fell asleep on the daycare bus and the driver didn't wake him up when he got to the school or check to make sure everyone got off at the right school. The driver instead of turning around to take my child back to school he took him to another Little Steps location, picked up another child that's not school age, put my child in his personal vehicle and drove him back to school. I found out about it when I got a robo call from the school saying my child is absent. I called the school to make sure that it was a mistake and the secretary said a man is bringing my son to the door (whom I've never met or seen at the daycare). The daycare blocked me after I called to ask what happened. When I went to the daycare after work I was met at the door by some angry woman calling me a liar, my son a liar,and the school liars. I asked who was the male van driver and could I speak with him and was told that it's not my business to speak with him. To top it off they started fussing at the kids asking why didn't nobody wake him up because that's y'all friend!! It's not a child's responsibility to wake him up it's the adults job. The owner just sat in her office laughing the entire time. Never went back to the daycare!! The van driver pulled up at the school to try and talk to me after handing over my son's lunchbag that in his car.
