Scheduled a tour for 7/21 at 10am, that morning of i received a phone call telling me i would need to reschedule because the owner would be gone for a week and the owner would have to be there in order to take a tour. So the lady on the phone asked if i could come back 7/28 at the same time & i agreed. The day arrived i went to the location just for that same lady to tell me, i was not scheduled for a tour and that they don’t start tours til August 1st (which she did NOT communicate that with me) then had an attitude about it like i would waste me and my child’s time in this heat. My brief interaction with them was very unprofessional. But their was an older lady there that was very apologetic. The owner should consider hiring a more qualified professional secretary with better communication skills.
