Little Einsteins Preschool

Both of my children attended this pre school. My youngest daughter was having "behavioral"issues. It was always something every day. They treated her as if she were awful and it showed in her behavior. They brought in a specialist to work with "the teacher" on how to properly work with my child. I took everything they said into consideration but could not understand why they were acting as if she were so awful. They would take her from the classroom and put her in a room by herself crying (so she wasn't disrupting the other students). The owner took her to the office at nap time and made her sit in a chair and called to tell me she was there because of her behavior. I stated I would be there to get her and she stated she wanted me to wait as long as possible to teach her a lesson. I showed up immediately. She was extremely tired and had been crying. She fell asleep before we pulled out of the driveway. In September she went into the owners classroom and every day I was getting calls that my child was such a problem. The owner just could not be bothered by her, making comments that she wasn't going to get her way and was very unprofessional. She was very horrible to my child. She fell and hurt her elbow really bad and came home with no report and when asked it was dismissed like no big deal. She has a bad scar to this day. No teacher conference was held and when asked she was too busy to find time in her schedule. My last straw was when I went to pick her up and her jacket was left outside in a mud puddle. When I called to address the issue with the owner/her teacher I was told are you serious with all I go through with your child in a day this is what your upset about. She showed no compassion or concerns for my child's well being, only her own. I immediately told her that my child wasn't coming back and in return she dismissed my child because she needed to have the upper hand. My child was being mistreated. Since we started at a new center my child's behavior and demeanor has been excellent. Totally different child. I would advise everyone to find a different center to care for and teach your child. This center/owner tried to make my child the problem instead of recognizing their own negligent behaviors. I feel awful for leaving my child in their care for as long as I did. She is now in a loving and caring environment and her behavior is a reflection of it. Finding daycare is difficult but I feel guilty for leaving her in this center for as long as I did.

I decided to remove my grandson from this pre-school (Millsboro location) due to behavioral issues. I was told by staff that maybe it was because he hadn't been around many children before.Maybe the behavior came from the school. I made a point to say I NO longer wanted him attending the school .I was never questioned why I was removing him by any staff. I then proceeded to contact the owner at noon who said she was busy and would call me back by 2 p.m. I patiently waited till 30 minutes before closing time and called back and left a message on her voicemail that I expected a call back by the end of the day. After not receiving a return call, (this was on Friday so I did not disturb the owner over the weekend) on Monday I sent a text message followed by a phone call (that went to voicemail) ..Thursday we went to pick up my grandson's personal items and other than a few classmates ,NO staff asked how he was , why he left , where he was NOTHING, as of today's date I've yet to hear from the owner or any staff.
