On 1/28/22 i was informed by a note on the door that starting that very next week they'd be closing early every Wednesday from that point on. That wasn't the hours i needed to be able to work my job so i had to act fast and find a new daycare. I thought everything was ok, no one mentioned that a 2 week notice was needed. I didn't even get a week's notice of this schedule change so that should have made their 2 weeks notice rule null. Now two weeks later I'm seeing that I've been charged for the past two weeks and the owner got really rude when i started pressing for a refund. He refused to tell me if i was getting refund or not making me have to dispute it with my bank and now I'm barely able to pay for my other daycare. The owner offers lower rates at this location only to hold it over your head that if you want better service you should go to a more expensive location. If you could see the messages you'd be shocked! He's now still refusing a refund, I'm disputing it with my bank and he's also blocked my number.
Love this center and especially the owner. She has a true love for children and is extremely patient. My oldest is now 17 and she cared for him when he was a toddler. He absolutely loves and adored her. I now have a newborn that I can not wait to have cared for under her supervision.
The daycare is phenomenal from the staff and directors to learning activities and physical fitness... I feel it's more than 5 stars just because of the quality of service they provide with affordable pricing for children of all ages makes it a no brainer.
They offered transportation for the daycare so i jumped at it. The daycare provider came to pick my child up, left after already taking my money for the whole WEEK. She got to the daycare center & texted me while i was getting ready for my first day of work & said she wouldn’t actually be able to do transportation. So i had to quit my job before i even got a chance to start. Than after i quit it she texted me saying she could actually do the transportation. She refunded me just to turn around a month later to reverse the refund. I reached out to them when i saw it , just to get threatened to be sued for asking for my money back because my child was only there for 3hrs. These people scammy asl
My kids have gone here for about 4 months and they love it! The teachers care about them as if they were their own. Glad I found people I can trust to take care of my babies.
