Moving into village of college Park has been an amazing experience for my very first apartment. Everyone was friendly professional any questions I had. The property is clean quiet and feels very safe. I really appreciate how management team takes care of the community and supported. The location is convenient, the neighbors are nice, and the maintenance guy always on point . Overall, I'm truly happy to call Village of College Park my home. It's a great place to start your next chapter!
I’m visually impaired, and Shimere community Manager made sure to help me fill out the application correctly.She was very pleasant and professional, answering all of my questions with patience and care. She also gave me a tour of the property, including the kid’s area, which I really improved by. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciated her kindness and assistance.
I had the pleasure of applying and getting approved the same day. Ms. Shimere did her big one!!! She was very nice and straightforward. She tells you everything you need to know before applying. If you read the others reviews just know they are real and honest. If you looking for somewhere to stay pls check them out. Also Ms.D, the leasing agent was very warm, sweet, and helpful.
