Ms. Princess set a positive tone throughout my entire process and she was an absolute doll to work with! It's day 3 and I'm grateful for my new place. Praying that I can continue to project and receive this positivity as a resident and neighbor.

I just moved to Georgia and recently got approved for an apartment here, and I have to give a big thank you to Princess, the leasing agent. She made the whole process quick and completely stress-free. Moving can be overwhelming, but she really went above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy for me. I appreciate her professionalism and how helpful she was every step of the way. Definitely recommend working with Princess if you’re looking for a place here!

If your look for a new nice place and nice helpful employees ...come to the park at carrigan apartment! Make sure to ask for princess berry! She was so helpful takes her time..

Not a great place to live, my cousin lives here so I’m here all the time but can’t sleep here. Neighbors throw parties too often , loud and dirty. Would not move here if you like peace of mind, reached out to management and there required proof of the noise, hard to take videos through the walls.

I moved here in December and i’ve had a great experience. Princess was awesome! Thank you for smooth move in.
