Rikia is an awesome leasing agent. She was polite, clear and most importantly handled that business! When I was scheduled to move in I found out I did not have hotwater! Tyree (?) got on it! Less than 2 days only because a new tank was ordered. Still waiting on the other requests I put in from the other workers. It was the holidays, soo...However, I appreciate Rikia and Tyree for getting things in order, quickly. For those who are looking for a place and heard whatever, I would still say come talk to them. If you have a plan, not just looking, but a plan. Come see them.

Please Please do not move here! Very ghetto Never receive my security deposit back they do not fix nothing Very dirty roaches and rats! They lie about everything! The front desk people are horrible! I repeat, they will not give you your security back. Please don’t move here.! Drug addicts walking around robbing people places! The men literally will stand in front of your apartment door at times…..And make it so hard for you to get in your door at night Smoking crack, in front of your building ! The dogs pissing and shitting everywhere. The cats is running around like they’re in the jungle. Let’s not forget (bedbugs) infested! This place is horrible. Let’s not forget the gun violence ….. and last but not least people trying to open my back door at night when I’m sleeping !

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ms. Cynthia at Elite at City View, and I cannot recommend her enough! From the very first interaction, she was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. She took the time to really listen to my needs and made me feel valued every step of the way. Her knowledge of the property and genuine care for her residents truly stand out. She went above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth and stress-free, answering all of my questions with patience and kindness. What impressed me most was her ability to balance professionalism with a personal touch—it really felt like she wanted me to feel at home, not just sign a lease. If you’re considering moving here, do yourself a favor and ask for Ms. Cynthia. She is truly a gem, and Elite at City View is lucky to have her on their team!

I'm new to Atlanta and I found the perfect community. Elite at City View has been nothing short of amazing. I have a freshly renovated apartment, my spiral stairs impress every gust I have over, my dog and I frequently enjoy the lake, and there's always a cool resident event going on. I absolutely love it here! Shout out to the main office and the maintenance team for making my move-in and living experience one to remember. Thanks!

I Just recently moved I lived there for 4 years and had no issues my apartment was amazing and very spacious. I had no issues the whole 4 years I lived there. Maintenance was very fast in fixing things the staff was amazing!!! Very helpful! And these apartments are very affordable! Once again staff is very caring!
