I'm currently a resident and I have been living here for 7 years and I really don't have any major complaints. I have seen the apartment complex go through some changes and I think the final stage is of that changes that we have new owners That's definitely doing that part and making sure that the apartment complex run very efficiently. Britney in the rental office she's a very good leasing manager, she's very knowledgeable and I'm happy she's back because we have had some Lisa agents that I knew just wasn't going to work out we have a new person in the office Teresa, I and she's very nice very knowledgeable very own point with business and she'll take no mess and I like the fact that she care about the residents I really hope that she stay at Polaris at camp Creek because Brittany needs somebody strong like her and I really believe that with the two of them together we can have a well-managed property. I'm not sure if I'm going to renew my lease this year but if I do I'm certainly eager to see what else the owners have to bring to the community because I know it's going to be good I have sold tremendous change they care about the property they're on it they definitely is handling their business with maintenance I don't have any issues and a little issues I have they doable but I know they're going to be getting I know they're going to be taken care of so if you're interested in renting a Polaris you'll find that you have a new renovated unit The floor plans are very doable and the apartments of spacious and big I love my apartment I have a three bedroom two and a half bath and I'm loving the space and it still worth it we're surrounded by good schools we have the camp Creek marketplace not too far from us and overall we're completely conveniently located in Central Atlanta area as a whole and also conveniently located by the airport but I just wanted to really focus my attention on Mr Teresa, she came in strong I really hope she stayed I will be disappointed I'm sure all the tenants feel the same way cuz she treats everyone the same I really would like to see her have a good long future with the apartment complex and his owners and hopefully she get to stay at Polaris I'm rooting for her to stay at Polaris so owners if y'all get this please let her stay consider her to stay at Polaris thank you

This place sucks. They do self help eviction tactics like cutting lights services for no reason. A when that don’t work and u still pay rent. you get a BS eviction notice a stating how you haven’t paid rent in 9 months. The leasing office is closed 65% of the time and when u do get to talk to anybody they play games. telling u to Come back in a hour just for them to not be there. Worst time experience ever!!

The apartments and the community are decent, and feels like "home". But, the people who call themselves "managing" in the leasing office, are a complete joke! Forget hours of operation. They show up, and open the office, when they feel like it. Which is a negative reflection on the entire complex. Unacceptable. They don't know what customer service is. The prices are affordable, to anyone who needs a cheaper place, but be prepared to deal with the unprofessional people in the office, who call themselves "property managers".

Brittney is phenomenal and always been an helping hand. Always attentive and right on time with my apartment needs. Ms, Brittney was even amazing with getting my lease renewed and i couldn’t be more happier. Thank you
