We love Lil Rascals. Sonja (daycare director) is absolutely amazing and cares so much. She is a god send. We've had bad experiences elsewhere and our daughter loves going to daycare now. The 2 yr old room does have a hard time keeping a steady teacher, but that hasn't caused any issues at this time. The price is extremely reasonable as well.
I would not recommend this daycare to any mother that wants to be able to Express their concerns with the directors without backlash because that is not an option here. I've had two instances where my husband or myself have had to confront them with issues and it did not go over well. All they did was complain about my sons temper tantrums (he's two) and it was never from a place of concern or asking me how i handled it at home. It was always in a very condescending tone even when I would give advice on how to calm him down they always seemed more annoyed with how he acted but when my husband confronted them they miraculously loved him and would say he wasnt like that all the time and that it was fine. After a few very unforgivable comments and untrue statements about my son getting kicked out of little Angel's (which he never attended) he does not attend this daycare anymore and I would not recommend it to anyone ever. I regret sending my son here and if I could give zero stars I would but I had to pick at least one. I would rather quit my job and stay home than send my kid back to this daycare.
Absolutely love this place. All my children have been here from 6 months to 6years (so far) absolutely love how they are a Christian based daycare as well!
