Might be a good place to take your kids but not a good company to do business with. We sent a service rep right out when they had copier problems, he quickly fixed their machine and when he presented the bill they informed him that they would send the payment, without asking or filling a credit application they assumed terms! Over a month later we received partial payment, they neglected to include the Sales Tax. I called to ask for either the taxes or a tax exempt form, I was told to send a request to an email address, I could not understand whoever was telling me the address after 3 tries, even though I told them I was hearing impaired, I then said this is ridiculous and I will send it snail mail, which I did. Instead of rectifying this , CP gave us a 1 Star google review for being RUDE asking for payment. Nothing about our good service, the polite service tech, or fixing their machine so they could continue printing things. Not Nice! This person who tends to preschoolers seems short tempered.
The staff are amazing! Especially Miss Amy and Miss Robin in the infant room, Miss Melinda in the preschool room, and Mr. Al in the Pre-k room. All of the other teachers/support staff are awesome.! The owner Linda and Director Lori are so kind and child/family centered...you would be at a loss to not check it out...
