Do not bring your kids here! The kids are constantly getting sick and nothing gets done about it. There was a recent outbreak of hand foot and mouth once it became clear most them had been exposed the director stopped turning them away to avoid losing tuition, which caused more kids to become sick. The facility is not clean toys weren’t sanitized at the end of the day, the carpets are filthy. The teachers have their favorites and they’re always on their phones since some of the cameras don’t work in the classrooms. Hilary doesn’t care about the employees or parents it’s all about the numbers please avoid this place it is horrible!
If I could give a no star I would. My child was there 7 months and in that time we received more than 10 incident reports of getting bit and scratched. One scratch deep enough to leave a scar under the eye. When I went to withdraw they said I needed a notice even after I told them my concerns of my child being at risk. Do not recommend.
My daughter attended this daycare from the time she was 10 months old until she turned 3. Over the years, I became increasingly concerned about the lack of structure and communication. Despite being enrolled for such a long time, I never observed a consistent curriculum or educational focus. When she was old enough to have a notebook in class, it remained mostly empty, with no evidence of activities or learning progress. One of the most troubling issues was the constant turnover of staff. It seemed like caregivers were always coming and going, making it difficult for the children to build stable, trusting relationships. Communication with parents was practically nonexistent—there was no app, no photos, and no real updates. Teachers were even discouraged from sharing contact information with parents, which made it impossible to check in or stay informed about our children’s well-being. The most distressing experience came when a teacher confided in me that the director planned to remove my child and two others from the center, claiming she believed they were “mentally challenged.” My daughter is completely healthy and simply developing at her own pace. When I confronted the director, she denied the claim but reacted in a way that only confirmed my concerns—especially after I mentioned the names of the other children involved. Her inability to respond or reassure me left me with no trust or comfort, and I made the immediate decision to withdraw my daughter from the program. As a single parent, it was financially difficult to start over, especially after I had just paid a week of tuition in advance. I respectfully requested a refund, but the director refused—unless I revealed the name of the teacher who had confided in me. I found this not only unprofessional but deeply unethical. She even questioned why I was asking for a refund since I wasn’t providing a two-week notice—yet she herself had planned to remove my child without giving me any notice at all. I share this review in the hope that other parents carefully evaluate the environment they entrust their children to. No parent should feel fearful or unsupported, and no child should ever feel unwanted.
Worst daycare I have ever encountered. My daughter was there for a couple weeks and the entire time it was an unorganized mess. Staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. On my daughter’s first day no one directed me around and showed me how the facility ran. I had to figure out their process by myself. The “food” they served in the morning was burnt and disgusting looking. Not to mention their cafeteria had kids running around like crazy, not being supervised. When I took her out and requested that her school supply items be returned to me, they were “lost” all of a sudden. Then to top it off, they decided to lie and say I requested them to sent my tax statement to my daughters aunt, of course I protested and said that was never said they pretty much called me a liar. Why would you send a tax statement to anyone EXCEPT the parents? Save your time and energy, there are much better and well run daycares in the area.
