My daughter has been attending TLE since September 2025 I haven’t had any issues with my daughters care, her teachers are attentive and caring. Staff at the front desk are friendly and welcoming everyday. I’m content with sending my daughter here. She comes home happy everyday and has made lots of little friends

My son started her in September and it was a big difference for both of us, from home care. But let me tell you, I’m so happy I made this change and my primary reason is because of his teacher and Sadia. The care she shows and the first morning I saw my son run from me straight to her arms, removed every doubt and made me some comfortable to leave him in her care. TLE has a phenomenal employee in Ms Sadia and I can’t express enough how happy I am she’s my son’s teacher. Thank you Ms Sadia for all you do for your children, I know all your families love and appreciate you!

Our family is truly grateful to the staff at TLE Deer Park. The current management is very organized, notifying parents of every happening at TLE. With our busy lives it's easy to be out of the loop and this group definitely works tirelessly to keep us all informed and engaged. The management is friendly and attentive to the needs of the parents and the children. You'll always feel heard. The teachers are wonderful. My son has attended TLE for almost 3 years and has had wonderful teachers that make every effort to give the kids a warm and special experience while away from home.

Do not be fooled by the facility tour or the promises made by Director Danielle; the $2,000/month price tag does not buy quality infant care (6 weeks-8 months). This location is severely disorganized and lacks essential oversight. Major Issues: • Health Neglect: My infant was frequently sent home with severe diaper rash due to infrequent changes. • Disorganization: Personal items (bottles, pacifiers) went missing, and we were often sent home with other children's belongings. • Inconsistent Staffing: There is no consistent teacher; my child faced a new caregiver daily, which prevents bonding and routine adherence. The overall staff is inexperienced. • Fake Updates: The feeding/napping updates provided on the iPad are not real-time or accurate. Parents must constantly chase down Information • Zero Accountability: When raising concerns, management responded with excuses, not accountability. As a first-time mom advocating for my child's well-being, I felt I was treated poorly and looked upon negatively for speaking Up. The only saving grace was the exceptional care provided by Ms. Lenore. She was the only one who consistently gave phenomenal, top-notch care—she knew my child's cues, engaged with me as a parent (which spoke volumes), and provided meaningful activities to see at pickup. Other than that, the infant program is a major liability. I would not recommend this for infants requiring specialized attention and consistent care. Mind you my child has only been enrolled for a month. So there you have it. Take your hard earned money ELSE WHERE or stay home with your child.

My daughter is in preschool and she had a very pleasant transition from her previous school. TLE Deer Park staff is very friendly and pleasant to work with. The faculty have made my daughter feel very welcomed.
