I've been looking for a new 'Church Home' for quite some time now. Cornerstone has always seemed to "Reach out and grab me" if you will, every single time i passed by it (everyday +). I can say with certainty, (after going half a dozen times so far before I go to work) this place comes off as beyond welcoming, downright genuine and unbelievably trustworthy. That means so much at this point in life! I look forward to hopefully getting more involved. You also won't hear a better "Pastor/Teacher" than Pastor Scott. Thank yall for all you do for God and this community! ❤️

If you truly want to come as you are, feel cared for, respected in your own season with God, be loved on and be a part of the community (not just the church, but society) and make a difference....this is an amazing place to be. Not only are there so many areas to help serve no matter if you've known God all your life, new to having a relationship with God, or a non-believer who knows you're missing something (that's the spirit talking to you by the way 😉), you can find a place to grow here. The credo here is Hope, Love, Grow and Cornerstone is adamant about sticking to that. Currently our wonderful Pastor has been on a new study with us (yes study, we have sermons but sometimes you need to just be relatable, reach people and be honest) to restoring the mind and renewing the heart. Mental health is so important and depression and anxiety is very real! For anyone! (My attestation to that is facts, but oh God saves). So if you're "Feeling so 2020" (title of the series now) and you need to just breathe away from the havoc of the world around right now or seek guidance on the stress of your thoughts and relationships please come join us. You come as you are but leave ready to change for the better, lighter and with more hope to live than to just feel like you're surviving.

I have a friend who heard from a friend about their friend that their friend is infatuated with God/Jesus to a degree of concern. I ain't never been here but almost did the other night when Jesus' old lady asked me if I'd pick her up, but I didn't.

Usually cornerstone is great, but I found recently that the sermons are based on politics and have a very clear political agenda, which causes division and confusion on the message of Jesus Christ, which is a disservice for all Christians. I give it to them that they are passionately about God, but unfortunately they are also passionate about politics and idolize political leaders.
