Infant Room experience: - 1:6 adult:baby ratio (legal limit. GA has a higher limit than most states) - larger room than other daycares for infants - no restraining seats like bimbos or bouncy seats. Some people prefer this, some people don't! With a 1:6 ratio, it felt a little chaotic without them. How is a baby held upright after eating without these? - On our first day, no one checked my ID upon pick-up. No one knew my face yet. While a code is required to get in the building, another parent had just let me in the building upon drop-off. This didn't feel as secure as other daycare centers. - Attention to new babies and moms is very low. While we did receive multiple phone calls asking if we had questions before our first day, we were not given all the information necessary for a successful first day. I arrived with things that were not allowed like a pacifier clip and swaddle for her arms to be swaddled in for naps. Instead of having a door code to get in, we waited outside until another parent let us in. When we entered the classroom, there was not a space provided for our daughter's items. All the cubbies had other baby names, and there wasn't a space for ours yet. No one was at the front desk when we arrived and we were just tossed paperwork on our way out.
My children have been going to lifespan for over 8 months now. There have been many changes during this time. With these changes I have seen nothing but extreme improvements! My children’s education has skyrocketed! The teacher’s have been nothing but supportive towards my children’s needs. I couldn’t be happier with all staff. Maya, Tabitha, Alexis, Regean and Becca have truly taken the stress away that everyone has when letting others care and educate your children. I would definitely recommend Lifespan
We couldn’t be happier with the care and education our children are receiving at Lifespan. The teachers are absolutely amazing—caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. They seem to truly understand our kids’ social and emotional needs, and create a warm and nurturing classroom environment. Also, the curriculum is engaging and has prepared our kids exceptionally well for elementary school. We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful community for our kids to learn and grow.
We couldn’t be happier with Lifespan! We are so thankful that our girl is so loved and cared for by this amazing team! She is thriving! When we pull up every morning she smiles and giggles with excitement to be there. Thank you, Lifespan!!
