My youngest has been here since she was 6 months old and I’ve always felt completely at peace with her care. Even when she transitioned classrooms or had new teachers, she has always been safe, loved, and well taken care of. She is 2 now and she loves school!!! She is also talking so much. The center is clean, happy, and very organized, and the kids truly learn so much while still having fun. My oldest just transferred here this school year from another center, and she has been thriving ever since. I’m so grateful for the staff and everything they pour into my babies!!!
Hey there!! My child is a first time daycare attendee since she was 10 months and she’s now 22 months. Shes learned soooo much seeing being at this institution. It’s truly an educational based school and not just a daycare! The knowledge our child has learned truly amazes us. Sometimes , she even cries before we pick her up which means she’s having a great time and in good hands! They take very good care of the kiddos and they are trustworthy people! Thanks you all for what you do!
Our son goes to the location on Johnston Rd and I truly cannot stress enough how happy we are with the facility. The staff are friendly and professional. The communication is amazing. The school is clean, safe and inviting. Our son has truly loved going there (something we haven’t seen with any other daycare). Our son is thriving! We are so happy we found Lightyears (Johnston Rd location)!
My daughter was enrolled in the Johnson road location which is newly opened she was there all but 30 days before I was told my child couldn’t return because she was very emotional and having a hard time adjusting in the todddlers class. She just turned 2 right when she started. I’ve never in all my years seen someone handle a situation like this in all my life. I simply explained my child was trying to adjust she’s crying because this is all new for her she’s not eating enough because outside food isn’t allowed and she’s a very picky eater they accommodated her for 2 days and after that they didn’t show any concern with her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE FRONT DESK LADY IS EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE WITH THE KIDS. They simple just looking for a payday no compassion no consideration nothing. The worst because outside looking in you would expect exceptional childcare. The teachers are rotating like doors. The worst place to send your kids. My daughter will come home in tears , starving and unhappy. PLEASE DONT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN KICK YOU CHILD OUT !
The staff here are amazing. They treat each child with genuine love care and passion and I love it. My kids are excited daily to go and learn and see their friends which as a parent lets me know they are being taken care of. Thank you LightYear for everything you do
