I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE. My 4 children (7 yrs old, 4 yrs old, 2 yrs old and 1 yrs old) attended this daycare for almost a year. In the beginning I LOVED it. Ms. Evans, the daycare director is an absolute angel, and this review IS NOT A reflection of her. However, recently new management took over and the place has gone down the toilet. Apparently the deceased owner's daughters took over managing the daycare remotely from Chicago. They do not allow parents to contact them, and there is no way to speak with them directly. Which is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL (one time I waited 3 weeks just for one of them to return my call). They changed their guidelines radically and if you can not comply for any reason, Their response will be 'well don't bring your kid back tomorrow'. Which is absolutely ridiculous for working class people to try and deal with. I chose this daycare because it was helpful to the community and worked with the parents. BUT NOT ANYMORE. If u want a daycare where the management are unreachable, callous, unprofessional individuals, THIS IS IT. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. IT IS NOT APPRECIATED HERE.
