If I could give a thousand stars I would. I came across the review from Kayla P. (Below) which I feel is an inaccurate description of Lifeprints. First off, Kayla was an employee of this facility. I have two children who have/do attend here. The only negative experience I have had here is because of Kayla. She was a teacher in my 2 year olds class. I personally witnessed her aggressively grab children by their arms and drag them to tables, aggressively and loudly speak to them as if they don’t deserve respect. She’d constantly complain about how the children were bad. Literally ZERO patience for the children. Like I said, she is the only negative experience I’ve had. Lifeprints ALWAYS ensures the safety of all their children and staff. It feels like a big family. They communicate thoroughly. They respect allergies, restrictions and have an amazing bond with all their children. The description that has been previously said is extremely inaccurate and truly offensive. Being someone who’s in the Medical field, I can say with 100% confidence that safety is a priority. Also, may I add that her child is an infant and sleeps in a CRIB. I’m not really sure how you fall out of one, but whatever makes Kayla feel better. To anyone reading this, i suggest you visit and gain your own experience. This school is so amazing that I drive from North Scottsdale daily to ensure my child(ren) are in a good school and in amazing hands. I'm a proud parent of Lifeprints.

I wanted so badly to love this center, unfortunately that was not the case. I'm going to start with the biggest complaint....while my son was attending this daycare, in the infant room, he maintained a skull fracture and a brain bleed. Now, the center doesn't have cameras, which is already a red flag, and in this case plays in favor to the daycare because we don't have video evidence that it happened there. However, my son went to the doctor that morning for a rash and ear check and was sent away marked completely fine at that time, I dropped him off at the daycare after and went to work. Less than 6 hours after I dropped him off, I picked him up and noticed a large deformity on his head, no one could tell me what happened. We took him to the ER that night and discovered he had a fractured skull and a brain bleed. We confirmed with the neuro surgeon that to cause this kind of injury, my child had to have fallen, or been dropped from, a standard bed height or higher (which includes but is not limited to high chairs, changing tables and people's arms) which has never happened in our home or anywhere else with us around. Now, because there is no video evidence and because no one will admit to what happened, there's no "hard evidence", but look at that time line and information provided and make your own decision.

My kids have been coming here for about 3 years, and I have had nothing but a good experience for my children. They have been extremely helpful with my son who needs a little bit more help in some areas and have provided a lot of support to me as well. The director Jennifer genuinely cares about the building and the kids that are in her care and it shows.

Went to tour here after being placed on the wait list. Facility was dirty. Director admitted the carpet was 20 years old(and not just old but disgusting) and they were trying to get their landlord to update it. Ceiling tiles had black spots in the 2 toddler rooms we viewed. Never received a call for my toddler to come in after being told it would be 2 months until she could start. I was not going to enroll my daughter anyway but the service and communication was also less than par to go along with the grimy Facility.

We have been so pleased with everyone at LifePrints! Jennifer, Jessica, Rosie and everyone else who cares for our 6 month old son are just fabulous. As working parents, we were nervous to leave him but after the first week, we knew we made the right choice. The facility itself could use a facelift but the staff has been so loving towards him, that doesn’t even matter. They are responsive, kind and attentive. They picked up on what matters to us and to our son quickly. Thank you, ladies, for making our lives so much less stressful knowing we’re leaving our little with a group of people we know we can trust and who we know truly care!
