I have had both of my daughters at Lee's Kinder Academy since they opened. They both started at LKA at 6 months old and I could not have asked for a better childcare facility. The director Sheri is dedicated to providing safe and enriching childcare. I love that the food and snacks are included in the tuition and that there is no set schedule as long as they are picked up by 6 pm. They made potty training easier than I expected and they foster independence. They provide great activities for the kids like bringing in petting zoos and puppet shows. They also open the kids up to other cultures and languages.
We enjoyed our time at Lee’s Kinder Academy. This daycare was recommended to us by a family friend when our in home babysitter continued raising her prices. As a working mom, it was really nice to take something off of my plate by not having to pack breakfast or lunch daily. I also liked that they didn’t follow the school’s schedules so I didn’t have to take days off for most holidays. Both of our boys had (and continue to have) good relationships with their teachers. If there was a concern I feel the staff communicated with me and handled it appropriately. My boys loved the fun themed activities throughout the year and were always excited to go to school.
We love love love this school! Sheri is an amazing teacher and owner. I’ve known her since I was in her preschool class and now my daughter who is in her K-Prep class is attending her as well. She loves going to school everyday. It’s always so clean, so professional and everyone is very nice. I’ve been proud to call this my daughters “second” home! I highly recommend this school!
Our family has been at LKA since the doors opened. We’ve seen our 2 boys grow up in those rooms and develop into students ready for kindergarten. The field trips Sheri brings in never disappoint. The food and snacks are wonderful and already included in the tuition. This school has been a staple for our family.
We moved my 3 year old son from another child-care program to Lee's Kinder Academy and I couldn't be happier with our decision. The previous center would only take my son for half days because he has some speech and developmental delays. He was screened and does not qualify for any special services, he's just on the lower end of the bell curve. Sheri welcomed him with open arms and met him where he was at developmentally. He has really blossomed over the last six months.
