Learn And Grow Organic Daycare LLC

I have previous experience in the childcare field and I am a mother of 4, who has used other facilities for childcare in past years. My first impression was fine, Demetra worked with me on a schedule that worked, which is hard to do with most daycare centers. Pricing was reasonable. The day I went by to check out the facility no one came to the door to let me in. I wasn't thrilled about that, but figured, with the time I went, they were busy with lunch or nap, and couldn't step away. The day I dropped of my 2 year old- no one knew I was coming, even though I had been specific with dates. When I walked in, the teacher who let me in had no shoes on and was dressed very unprofessionally. The facility was filthy. Floors were very dirty, laundry baskets filled with blankets just laying around. The children's sheets and blankets were thrown on the dirty floor in a corner next to dirty nap cots. The staff was nice enough, but not very professional, overall. I am aware that masks may be optional for them, but not one employee wore one at any time I was there. I took her in for a second time, giving the benefit of doubt, and I had the same negative experience. My child did not return after the second day. I do not recommend this day care. I feel there is a lot of carelessness going on. The lack of cleanliness and sanitation is a huge concern, especially right now. I would hate to see what goes one when parents aren't present.

My grandchildren went here for a year nefore going to school. They were always so happy when I would pick them up. The staff were helpful and always greeted me with a smile. Facility was always clean and well organized. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality childcare!

Going to work everyday is easier knowing my babies are well taken care of!! The staff at Learn & Grow are the best, and the environment is perfect for growing babies. I love the updates throughout the day and the ability to message the caregivers about anything going on. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better daycare! Thank you!!!

My daughter started going to the Nixa location a few months ago when they first opened and I was thoroughly impressed by the wide-open atmosphere, communication between the parents and staff and the organic Whole Foods they feed the children. My daughter had been to three other daycares before this one and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I live in northwest Springfield and drive the 35mins here everyday to make sure she is in a safe and comfortable place that she doesn't cry entering.

Wouldn't even give 1 but no choice-Pretty awful place. Had my daughter there a whole 3 to 4 months. Kids not properly taken care of, or watched. No communication at all. No incident reports. People there have no experience with kids and aren't even fully trained yet but left alone with the kids. When I showed up to find my child & 2 others completely unsupervised and no one noticed or heard me for a few minutes I notified Demetra that evening, with all the other not ok things I've seen and had happen. Next morning, no one there except to young girls who let me know she saw my message. I wish I could go into more detail And list every thing but it's to long & I had to delete a lot of stuff. But this was handled so horrible I pulled my child out. Look them up on the state's website & look at their violations , 16 is most recent from 8/1/17. Idk if they have the ability to delete these or not, so we shall see. I just hope no one else goes through that.
