My child loves coming here! The teachers are so kind and friendly. They are prompt with communication and I love that they keep me updated throughout my work day. Highly recommend.

This is the worst daycare I have ever dealt with. Please think twice about going here. The director is a joke. Claiming to have 30 years of experience, she was unable to help my granddaughter transition from being at home during pandemic (never been in daycare) to attending daycare. after 10 days she told us not to bring her back. Why? The reason was she was having trouble going to sleep at nap time therefore keeping others up. We were only told of this twice, They made no attempt to assist her in sleeping or taking her in another area to keep her occupied. They blamed a 3 year old. After specifically informing them of her potty training status before we enrolled and asking if they assist in potty training, they said of course and would help her as that was a normal issue for her age. They sent her to the bathroom by herself and then was upset when there was a mess to clean up when she went #2. She was great peeing but we had done that prior to coming to daycare. So much for 30 years experience. There is more but how much do you need. The director told me she doesn't tolerate any misbehavior at her daycare and that she gets rid of children who are trouble giving me the example of biters or very aggressive. My granddaughter was never accused of such behavior just having trouble falling asleep on the daycare's schedule and not mastering pooping in the potty. Never once was aggression or inability to play with others an issue. Granddaughter was making new friends and this director stopped that. The only explanation we can attribute to this director is that she was retaliating against parents who question injuries and non-communication. Please rethink.

I highly recommend Lake Jackson Child Care Center for those looking for affordable, quality care for their children. Their staff is professional, courteous, understanding, and compassionate towards parents and children alike. They go above and beyond to provide the best possible environment for the children to grow, giving them many opportunities to explore their community and learn about the world around them. Homemade meals and snacks are provided to all children, and the owner is exceedingly mindful of any and all food allergies. The daycare provides plenty of advance notice for upcoming events and ensures the safety of all that attend. The cherry on top is that each member of the staff and management is aware of the needs of special needs children and makes the necessary accommodations for them. This daycare goes above and beyond! They have both the experience and the capacity to care for this community's needs, and I would recommend them to any looking for reliable care for their children.

Nat and her Team are great. Our daughter loves going everyday. They provide great updates on activitieso that occured that day, create neat crafts for holidays and are always friendly. If an incident occures you get an ouch report explaining the situation and any remedy they applied.

Horrible!!! Both of my children absolutely hated this place and would start crying when we pulled up in the parking lot, begging "No mommy no." When you drop in early unexpected kids are running wild everywhere. Both of my children would come home with scratches and bruises even on their faces with no explaination. Staff is so incredibly rude and unprofessional, but only after they have your money. Please listen to the child who reviewed before me who actually went here. These children are miserable in this place.
