Happy Faces Early Learning Center

We love happy faces! My daughter has been going here for a year and she is learning more and more every week. She's been in the infant room, rompers room and toddler room. She loves story time and learning about different animals. All of the staff here are loving and caring. They are amazing at communicating. If anything happens (a boo boo on the playground or if she isn't feeling well), they immediately reach out and let me know. Miss Juanita is the best! She is an amazing director. She was my daycare director when I was a little girl and I feel at ease knowing my daughter is safe under her care.

I have had two children at Happy Faces throughout the years. My daughter attended from 2015-2020 and my son has been there since 2018 when he started at 6 weeks old. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences having both of my kids here! My son is safe and very loved by the staff at Happy Faces. They always contact me if he gets hurt while there and will even contact me when he isn’t feeling well. My daughter enjoyed her time at Happy Faces when she was there and still loves saying hi to the staff when we pick up her brother in the afternoons. Juanita, the director is amazing and communicates with parents very well.

My daughter has been at the Flag dr location since she was 6 months, she is now 2 & 1/2! We really have never had any issues or concerns with leaving our daughter here. I can check in at any time I need to on the cameras in every room she has been to, any questions or concerns I have I am always able to text or call Juanita the director & she is quick to answer or address anything that comes up. Everyone is always so friendly in the morning when we walk in, and our baby has met some major milestones that we give great credit to her great teachers there! I definitely recommend it here & know my baby is in great hands.

My son went here (Flag Lake location) for 5 years and my daughter has been going for 1.5 years. I love this place and cannot think of a single issue I've had. The staff is amazing. I get hellos & goodbyes from all the teachers as we walk down the hall, and even the director, Juanita, knows all the details of my kids' lives. I can text her or the daycare & get an answer almost immediately. The teachers have done so many crafts with supplies from their own pocket & even brought cupcakes for my kids' birthday. The place is spotless & I love that they serve breakfast, lunch, & 2 snacks. They have a camera system I can log into anytime I'm feeling anxious and want to check on my kids. They post any special activities they're doing in our Facebook group and let you know if your kid is misbehaving or just isn't acting like themselves. They have a good policy for dealing with issues, like when my son had a biting problem. They did not just send him home. They talked to him, separated the kids, moved him to a different class even, before even thinking of sending him home. And they have an awesome 'drop-in' policy for big kids during school holidays so he can join his little sister if I can't take off work. I cannot say enough about the wonderful people that work here. My son & I both cried on his last day before kindergarten and I'm sure I'll cry again the day my little girl leaves.

My girls have been going here for 2 years now. The teachers contact me when any little thing happens. The communication is the best! Mrs Juanita was my teacher since I was a few months old and now she watches my daughters almost 30 years later. Mrs Beard used to be a teacher back in 2005/6 I know for sure! I would not trust anybody else with my kids! My girls adore this daycare and I won’t pull them out till they kick us out. Oh and my 4 year old her class teaches as if she’s at school. Smartest little thing I know!
