La Petite Academy --W 66th

We couldn’t be happier with La Petite Academy on W. 66th St. Our daughter has attended since she was 3 months old (now almost 12 months old) and the growth we’ve seen is incredible. She comes home daily showing new milestones and is always happy and engaged when we check in on the SproutAbout App. The communication is exceptional on the SproutAbout App and having access to live cameras gives us so much peace of mind. We love being able to watch the interaction the teachers have with all the kiddos and also appreciate the teachers providing real-time updates on diaper changes, meals, photos, and videos throughout the day. The center also sends out weekly lesson plans, which we appreciate so we are able to see what she’s learning and can continue teaching at home. Safety is their top priority. When we toured the center, we were shown the evacuation plan for natural disasters. They were the only center of all the ones we visited to even bring up the possibility of the unknown and it gave us peace of mind to know they had a plan in action. We also appreciate the cleanliness of this daycare, specially this location. The building is always clean and the floors are mopped daily. The environment is overall peaceful and relaxing, which is a hard thing to achieve with so many kiddos running around! La Petite is also great about getting the children outside for fresh air when weather allows. They also add in some fun extras throughout the year like spirit weeks, Santa visits, and parent date-night babysitting. We couldn’t ask for a more caring, engaging, and trustworthy place for our daughter. Highly recommend!

where can I start about this LA PETITE, all of my children have attended their my oldest is now 14 and my youngest attending now is 2 years old so this says a-lot about this facility. this school is one of the most amazing day cares that my Children have been to they have the most dedicated kind teachers I have ever met they are not just teachers they are caregivers they care for your children like if they were theirs. every time my son gets there he's always happy to be there every time I pick him up after he is always so happy because of the amazing day he had. Ms.Emilee is one of the BEST TEACHERS. the director Ms. Marisa Ms.Krista Now running the daycare are just amazing every morning at drop off they greet you with the most amazing smile and during pick up they make sure to always say their good byes with a great smile.MR.Cole is also very wonderful he took care of my 2 year old when he was in the baby room and was amazing with the other baby's too. Ms.Delaney is a great teacher too my son is only with her sometimes during the week when his teacher isn't their but she also deserves a great review because she does amazing not only with my child but with all other children, every day the activities they do the way they teach all children the crafts, the spirits days during holidays are just amazing. they are always their to listen to any small concern that we may have. very clean, organized and bright opened facility. if your are looking for a caregiver for your children this is the place to bring your children too where you will feel safe and comfortable to drop them off everyday!

I recently toured La Petite Academy and had such a great experience thanks to Ms. Kayle. She was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. As a mom, it meant a lot to feel truly heard and supported while learning about the program. She walked me through each classroom, explained the curriculum clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the kids and the families. So grateful for her help — highly recommend!

We have taken our daughter here since she was a few months old. She has had quite a few teachers throughout the years. We have been very pleased especially lately with Miss emilee and Miss Delaney. Both of them have been outstanding with our daughter, and we can tell that she loves going to school there just by the way she lights up when talking about her teachers and friends. Both Miss emilee and Miss Delaney are very good about sending updates throughout the day and are very welcoming when we drop her off in the morning. Every parent is anxious when sending their kids to daycare, but it definitely eases that anxiety knowing that she is cared for so well and in great hands!

We moved our daughter to this daycare after being at another La Petite for over 3 years when we moved back to the Metro. It was bittersweet and still to this day she mentions all of her old friends and teachers because that was all she’s known. We are extremely grateful that we made the right choice when picking a new daycare for her as she has continued to show the growth and kindness that can be developed within a daycare system. She’s met new friends and absolutely adores her new teachers. I would highly recommend anyone to check out this La Petite and get to know the great caregivers who want to see your child grow as much as you do.
