I went in for a tour there was no manager for said tour, the place reeked, and there was an infant just left to cry that sounded very clearly in distress. I am glad I saw all this before I signed my son up. I will not be sending my child to be neglected by strangers.

My kids have been going here for about 2 years and it’s been absolutely amazing. All the staff is friendly and my kids love it here. They’ve not only helped take care of my babies for that long but they’ve taught them so much as well.

Worst experience with a daycare or any other customer service or service provider I have EVER had! This daycare does not care about your children, only your money. The turn over rate with teachers is absurd. Your child will not have the same teacher for more than 2 weeks. So there are never any relationships built between teachers and kids. They rarely do any sort of educational activities like they advertise and there is definitely no Christian values here nor are any EVER taught. The rooms are always utter chaos. Bullying is never addressed. They can not keep up with any of your child's things. There is ZERO structure at this facility. THIS IS THE MOST CLUTTERED AND UNORGANIZED BUSINESS I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! I was contacted by DHS several times on different investigations and complaints against the facility. Something is clearly not right there. On top of all that their fees are ridiculous. On top of the Annual registration fees and transportation fees you also have to sign a piece of paper volunteering your time or money to the daycare once a year. As well as fundraisers In which If you dont sell enough you must pay for out of your own pocket. And what exactly are you paying all these extras for? Because its definitely not values, education or a healthy environment for your children. If I could give less then 1 star I would...

Our 3 year old attended 1 week. 1) They could not answer if he was eating any of his food or not while in their care. I asked if they could please keep me updated moving forward and each day they said they did not know. 2) They lost his extra set of clothes and were rude about it. 3) He was continuously hit by other children (they did not share that with us) and 2 days ago was picked up with a big red slash across his face. They didn't mention ANYTHING about it and when I asked them what happened they said they didn't know. 4) No cameras when we were told they did over the phone. Everything they sold us on over the phone sounded solid. I was excited for him to learn and play with children his age. Now I feel guilty for sending him there.

My sister used this daycare and they dont even try to work with kids on potty training or their motor skills! I’ve seen DHS documents on how filthy the place is and how they don’t have a hand washing station in the diaper changing room and how there is mold growing in some class rooms! Most of the kids are unsupervised, kids are just roaming the hall ways while they’re in the total opposite room! They NEVER use the diapers you bring for YOUR child! Somehow they always end up coming home in another kids’ diaper! They always fill out incident reports on minor things but barley on what other kids have done to your children! When picking the kids up they always act like they’re dying to thirst and will drink a whole bottle of water sometimes more when I pick them up! I would say switching daycares is the BEST THING IVE DONE!! They need to be reported and SHUT DOWN!!!
