So my card they were charging a small fee monthly for 24/7 access had expired and I didnt receive any notification of this happening or about missing any of the payments. Havent used the 24/7 access in some time but they do have a $20 late fee they wanted to tack onto that they didnt want to discuss or waive. The manager didnt come out to speak to me about it either, just the front desk clerk repeating what they said.

Not worth the money and they take money out of your account even after you cancel your membership. The excuse I was given was they have a 30 day membership cancellation policy but after they took my money I only have 15 days left on my membership. The ice guards were completely unprofessional by turning the lights off to the pool instead of having common decency and coming to tell us they are closed from 1-3!

Everyone is great. Thankfully I'm able to avoid peak usage times because it can be very busy from 5-8pm. Highly recommend the 24 hour Access pass.

Don't let your payment card expire or you will be changed a $20 dollar free and it will not be refunded. Or if your card is locked for security purposes you will be charged a $20 fee. Be aware. When you cancel they will stick you with another month, get ready to be screwed over.

This is absolutely by far the worst establishment I’ve ever had a membership with! Lets start by first things first, - Having 24/7 access to the only the gym requires an additional subscription, not to mention, I’m paying nearly $70 a month, however they just raised their memberships by $10 a month, so technically $80 without the 24/7 gym access. Right in the middle of a workout, they require you to STOP what your doing, walk outside the building, just to “verify” your a 24/7 access member, then walk through their stupid little 24/7 door after scanning through an app” It’s gets better though, after being interrupted while working out and told I had to go outside, my spouse went outside to grab my phone due to leaving it the vehicle because it had died prior to arriving at the YMCA, she ran out to the vehicle and grabbed my phone so we could get back into the building to finish our workout. After using the app to unlock the door, I opened it and she took my phone back to the vehicle to place it back on the charger. Not thinking anything of it, I stood at the door and held it open waiting for her to return. Meanwhile, later that evening at 11:02 PM (middle of the night), I receive any email stating verbatim “Unfortunately it was recorded on the security cameras holding the 24/7 door open for multiple people to enter. This a huge violation of the honor code agreement that you signed. These rules are put in place by our insurance provider and we are expected to follow them. Because of this you have given us no choice but to terminate your 24/7 access.” There was no negligence in my actions, I held the door waiting for my wife to get back from the car! However, multiple people did come through, after scanning there code from their phone prior to entering the building. Take your business to somewhere that actually appreciates their members!
