Absolutely amazing!!! The teachers there are sooo wonderful! Any time I drop my daughter off if she is having a rough morning I leave her in the arms of her morning teacher Odalys Fuentes, who almost immediately has her calmed down and giggling I will forever owe her for her kindness. I love hearing stories from her sweet afternoon teacher Melissa Geiger , who always fills me in on how her day went and I can rest assure when she’s with Melissa she is having a blast. My son spends his afternoons with Steven Carter and he enjoys so many of their afternoon activities together, Mr. Carter is always there to listen and help. They have an awesome group of women and men caring for the kids. My children have had the opportunity to spend over the years with Miss. Melinda , Miss. Courtney and Miss. Luci and those woman have done nothing but show true compassion. When I started years back taking my kids there I was so nervous but handing my infant over to Miss. Luci every morning was so comforting, as I knew she would care for my sweet baby girl as if she was her own. The director is just wonderful, I can’t find the words . She is always so kind and re assuring to me and keeps me up to date on everything! No daycare is ever going to be perfect, just as no kids are perfect. This group of people though strive for excellence and take pride in caring for infants, toddlers, and kids while the parents are at work. I will forever be indebted to these people for taking incredible care of my kids, so much that many of these woman have become like family . Sincerely, The Jonsson’s.
We could not be happier with our experience at La Petite Academy. From day one, the entire team has welcomed my daughter, Violet, with open arms and genuine care. Her teachers, Ms. Junei and Ms. Dulna, are truly exceptional. Violet is a handful in the very best way. She never keeps her shoes on and rarely sits still, and they meet her exactly where she is with patience, love, and compassion. There has never been a hint of frustration, only understanding, encouragement, and warmth. It means the world to me as a parent. The communication has also been outstanding. The connection between leadership, Violet’s teachers, and myself has been absolutely sublime. I always feel informed, supported, and included. The app updates are fantastic and give me such peace of mind throughout the day. La Petite Academy has created a nurturing, safe, and joyful environment for my daughter, and I am beyond grateful for the care they provide. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of this community.
Great school! My grandson has been attending since he’s been a infant! He loves his school so much and talks about all the great things he’s been learning. Great communication with all the staff. He loves all his teachers! The new renovations are incredible! The center is always so clean and welcoming. Highly recommended!
We absolutely love La Petite (Sarasota)! Our granddaughter has grown so much since starting here!! The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and truly passionate about what they do. On the days we pick her up, she comes over so excited to tell us what she learned and show off her all projects. The classrooms are clean, bright, and full of fun. We especially appreciate the focus on both play-based learning and structured activities. The staff communicates regularly with updates, and it’s clear they genuinely care about each child. Absolutely Wonderful Daycare! I can’t say enough great things about this daycare. The staff is absolutely amazing — they’re always communicating and keeping us in the loop. The management team is friendly, approachable, and truly cares about every child; they even know each one by name! My daughter has been attending since she was just three months old (she’s three now!), and she still gets excited to go every single day. She loves playing with her teachers and friends, and it’s clear she’s learning something new all the time. The consistency of the staff has been such a comfort — there’s very little turnover, which really shows how much they love what they do. I also love that they use the Sprout app to share pictures and updates throughout the day. It’s so nice to see what she’s up to and know she’s happy and thriving. They even go above and beyond with extras like athletics, themed events, and picture days. I highly recommend this center to all my friends and anyone looking for a loving, structured, and engaging environment for their child!
