Kool Kids Daycare

The owner is amazing, my kids absolutely adore her, the front desk staff is very good at what they do especially Ms. Vero and the teachers treat my kids like they are one of their own. I have been with this daycare for over two years and have never had any problems. My kids love going to daycare here, I wouldn’t want them going anywhere else.

THIS IS A VERY HONEST REVIEW !! REAL REVIEW please just take care of your babies! :,,( they had my baby locked up in a crib all day no play time but 15minutes a day and he would come out crying all the time he’s eyes where swollen from all the crying he did all day he is only a baby 12 months but he had to be restrained no outside time no play time the food is horrible no blankets nothing was right i always felt so bad taking him there now my baby goes to koala cubs and they have been amazing 🥲 my baby literally is the happiest baby ever please please from one mother to another just know its a jail for your babies there they do not let them touch anything or play with anything they have to remain strapped and restrained from everything ever since he moved i can now see a HUGEEEE DIFFERENCE FROM MY BABY BEING AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION HE IS WAY HAPPIER CALMER AND THEY HAVE THE APP BRIGHTWHEEL TO KEEP ME UPDATED ABOUT HES ACTIVITIES 🥹 best decision ever was taking him out of here my heart is at peace please do not take your babies there this was the worst day care i have ever taken my baby too…seriously heartbreaking 💔 RESPONSE TO THE OWNER WHO IS IN DENIAL AND OBVIOUSLY IS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT PARENTS WORRIED ABOUT THEIR CHILD 🤦‍♀️ SIR I WAS NOT TAKING MY SON DAILY BECAUSE HE WOULD ALWAYS CRY AND COME OUT WITH HES EYES SWOLLEN AND YOUR WORKERS WHERE THE ONES WHO TOLD US THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE PLAY TIME ALL DAY BUT 15 MINUTES A DAY AND THE REST OF THE DAY THEY HAVE TO BE RESTRAINED OR IN THE CRIB WITH NO BLANKET ALSO THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH THE TOYS AROUND THE ROOM SINCE THEY CAN GET HURT SO ITS ALL A FAKE AND FOR SHOW YOU ARE THE REASON THEY WILL NEVER GIVE ATTENTION TO THE KIDS AND FOR YOU TO STILL ATTACK A PAYONG CUSTOMER IS HORRIBLE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

My child really likes Kool Kids Daycare! She's made friends and is excited to go there. The communication is great with Ms. Veronica, the teachers, and the director Ms.Cindy. Ms. Cindy is readily available to speak about daycare events and keeps you up to date about your child. They take real interest in your child's well being. My child and I appreciate that. They offer incentives for the children like prizes and field trips during the summer. The tuition is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this daycare!

Kool kids daycare has been a godsend! This is a very pleasant place good vibes. Every time I walk in all the kids are happy. The facility is clean, immaculate bathrooms, exceptional customer service and genuine, empathy and compassion for the children and the single moms like me and I really appreciate Miss Cindy the owner Miss Nancy, the Director, who always has to help me out constantly there’s just really sweet and understanding and graceful and they show me mercy and I’m appreciative and I thank God for this place. You guys are really awesome people.
