My daughter has been attending KinderCare since she was about 4/5 months old and for the most part it has been a decent experience. There are something's that have happened that raised concern that I have always addressed because one thing I do not do is mess around when it comes to my children. I can agree with some other reviews about the teachers not being the nice they do not greet anyone which I have brought up to The director as well. The turnover in teacher there is INSANE it seems all the good teachers end up leaving, besides Mrs. Alonica in waddlers which is the last class my daughter was in that she didn't cry at drop Off! I always felt like she was in good hand with Alonica and she always greeted and loved on my daughter like she was her own. Every class after my daughter cries and does not want to go into and the teachers are rude. My daughter and I absolutely love Miss Michelle and that is who she wants to be with in the morning, she had been there since my daughter was a baby as well I can't say enough good things about her. The director I will say is very responsive when I do reach out and is friendly when she is at the center. We do also like Mrs. Tiffany she always greets my daughter in the morning and will let her sit in the lobby with her if Mrs. Michelle is on a break when we arrive. Mr. Douglas is also amazing my daughter does ask to be in his class even though she is one age group back from his class and I also have a son who no longer attends KinderCare (he graduated) but he still to this day talks about Mr. Douglas and how that is his favorite guy! I think that is so special and deserves praise! I will agree that pictures are not always taken and when asked about why there is never a response and then some days there are pictures of kids that are not even my child. There are things that I have address that could definitely be fixed but over all it's not awful and I know there are a few people on that building that love and look out for my daughter!

The exceptional care, support, and love we've received from Puyallup KinderCare is unmatched in this arena. They are truly an extension of our family. It starts from the top with the Director, Courtney. She is warm, engaging, and remarkably responsive (especially when you consider how much she is juggling). We enrolled our girl in the toddler classroom and from day 1 she was thriving. We came from a different daycare where she would say every morning "I hate school" to her wanting to get out the door as quickly as possible to see her friends and teachers. Ms. Katy and Ms. Kathy are phenomenal teachers and successfully potty-trained our girl in a short time! We love this place so much that our 9 week old son is now enrolled as well. Can't say enough about how wonderful this team of childcare providers is!
My daughter has gone to this center since she was 12 weeks old and she is now 5 and attending kindergarten there. We also have a one year old son enrolled as well. I have all but positive things to say about all of the staff and our experience here! They have always taken excellent care of our children and are loving and supportive. It’s not just a daycare; it’s a place of learning and development too, which is why we’ve been enrolled for so long and plan to be until our son gets old enough to go to school. The management staff have been accommodating and supportive to our family’s needs over the years and for that we are so grateful! If you’re looking for not only a quality daycare but an educational environment for your kids, this is the place! We ❤️ KinderCare!
Our experience at this location has been amazing. Kim and Kathy and their teaching team have been providing our 4-year-old tons of activities full of fun and learning. Such a great team!
