I had a horrible experience when my daughter attended this preschool at the age of 4. She loved her teacher, but the manager, Amelia, did not seem very experienced with kids. She recommended my daughter for speech therapy so I made an appointment and her doctor said that she didn't need it. My daughter was just young and now speaks great. She also moved my daughter to a new classroom without consulting me. My daughter was so upset because she loved her teacher, Ms. Monica. I contacted the owner to discuss the issues, but he would not even call me back. I had to give two months notice to cancel her attendance there so we still ended up paying even though we wanted to switch schools.

We signed our daughter up for driving lessons and are so happy we did! Very professional, reliable and punctual. Her instructor Jason was amazing and taught her everything she needs to be a safe driver. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a professional and reliable driving school for their kids. Sometimes it's easier to have a professional teach them instead of a parent. 😉 Once again, absolutely amazing and highly recommended. 2 big thumbs up!!!

Update 12/13/2022 Just wanted to post an update. After several attempts to reach out to the owner, I pretty much got the run around. I was told (via email, that is their preferred method of communication- i never spoke to the owner), the refund was processed on their end, that they would look into it. But I never heard back. So I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute to get my money back. Super disappointed and was completely frustrating dealing with this company from day one . I signed my daughter up for the driving classes at the end of august and I’m just now getting a resolution to something that should have taken a few minutes to resolve. And this resolution didn’t come from the owners i had to seek it out through my credit card company. Completely ridiculous. So as another reviewer stated. You have to pay before seeing the schedule. Which has no availability within 4-6 weeks. I have a teenager and is only available after school hours and weekends. We needed something sooner so I immediately reached out and called the phone number listed. She told me yeah we’re pretty booked we only have one driving teacher right now but we’re supposed to hire another. I told her that I needed a refund because of the availability. She stated only her director would be able to issue that. She gave me both his email and direct line. Great! Only he doesn’t respond back. My first point of contact was on august 29th. On September 12th (15 days) I finally get an email stating that my refund would be issued within 10-15 business days. It has now been the allotted time and still no refund. And again… am trying to reach the director with not response. I feel like a lot of the issues that I am having and what other people are having can be easily resolved by simply communicating. I know you own several businesses in our community and are busy, but when a customer is trying to contact you it’s not okay to ignore phone calls and emails. It’s not a great way to run a business. It really is such a shame because I have several friends who have used the driving school and had great things to say, it came highly recommended. But they way I have been treated as a customer I would absolutely not recommend using this driving school.

Was good at the day of tour, once our daughter went it was hit and miss with the staff. Our daughters teacher was great (MS. ARI), other than that not much acknowledgment from staff at the front counter. We pulled our daughter out a few weeks back on a day they had swim, I noticed when I picked up my daughter she still had her swim clothes on, but over her regular clothes. Long story short, since we had accidentally forgotten to sign her in for the swim class they didn't take her (keep in mind I had 4 staff members tell me yes and no she went) at that point I had a lot of questions because my daughter is 3, she told me she did go, and I wondered why she still had her swim clothes (DRY) on and to have to put her through that at this age is beyond ridiculous. In the end she didn't go, but why put her swim clothes and leave it on all day, that's terrible to do a child and making them feel like they're going. They were short staffed, but..... I'm sorry but when I walk back in and there are 3 staff members just holding there conversation and I get 2 no's and 1 yes and they call another teacher and she said yes (by the way she said go ahead and sign her in, even though the owner says its against policy and they could lose their license), all while she didn't go. We brought this up and to be honest there was really no care from them, quickly sent us a with-drawl form upon our request with no hesitation and no rebuttal to make an attempt to act like they care, Amelia was pretty quick to get that over and never responded back until 2 weeks later when we asked about still being charged. All while Christmas is here and all we get is notifications about the Christmas performances which our daughter would've loved to be in and upsets me that this could've been handled better. So, now they get free tuition monies for a month from a child they failed to 100% safely watch and be honest about. Our daughter has gone without us signing before and her teacher would communicate, her teacher was great and sucked that she had gotten ill, when she left it all went downhill.

**UPDATE... STILL WAITING FOR REFUND AFTER A MONTH!!! NO ONE WILL CONTACT ME!! THIS IS REDICULOUS !!!*** Signed up my daughter for the driving school and had to cancel due to them not have any availabilities for months. I was told by the driver that the owner woukd refund me. I have been trying to contact then for weeks and still NO communication or refund. I called multiple times. Emailed and even tried to contact them on fb. This is very un professional and frustrating. They should not be taking new students if they can't handle it. I would like the money back.( almost 600 dollars) This is ridiculous.
