I can't say enough about this particular KinderCare. Josie and the staff are all phenomenal. They are always happy to greet you when you arrive, they are patient, kind, and loving to the kiddos there no matter what challenges they face. You can tell they have a true passion and love for their job. I appreciate all of their hard work and dedication. I definitely recommend this location 10 out of 10.

My son has been here for over 2 yrs; started as an infant. He has had absolutely amazing teachers that have loved him like their own. As a working Mom of three, my oldest were also in daycare until school, I've seen a few centers. I truly appreciate this center and the wonderful caring teachers here. I love the app that provides updates and photos all throughout the day, it's very reassuring and allows me to know my little one is safe and happy. A special thank you to Maria who is always available, greets us on the way in and out, and runs the center with compassion and professionalism. Thank you Goodyear Kindercare! ❤️

My son has been going to KinderCare since April 8 2024! The Infant room all of the ladies have been extremely helpful on the first time I dropped him off made me feel so comfortable with every step of the way explaining to me to call as many times as I wanted to! Ivy is my sons absolute favorite every time he sees her he gets this big smile on his face ivy has been extremely good to my son just as all the other ladies! My son is very well taken care of here very trustworthy place! And lastly the one who makes everything go so smooth and made everything go so well the first day as well all the way up to now always helps me with my concerns and always greets me with open arms always has a smile on her face who made me feel so comfortable is Maria!! Without her I don’t think I would have ever been so comfortable as I am now! So thank you to all the staff and you Maria you are appreciated and such an amazing person! - Mariah Christman

I had a horrible experience at KinderCare my two children attended there for almost 1 month. My son was in the two’s class. The first week or so he came home and had a big bite on his back. It was purple and you could clearly see the teeth of another child. I asked if anyone had reported this the lady in the front desk Maria said that no one had reported anything and that if he didn’t talk or know how to communicate, how would they know that he Got bit. I told her that my son had to have cried there was three teachers in that class three sets of eyes and no one Seen anything or reported anything. Just today I picked them up and My Son that’s in the Two’s class had a bruise On his right cheek again, no one reported anything. Also, last Friday they were very short staffed. The staff there are very rude and unprofessional a lady with the name of Jessie That is in the two’s class was very rude and disrespectful. I asked her what had happened to My Son ‘s cheek. She then yelled at me in front of all the kids in that class I told her I would report it to corporate. She then said I don’t care go ahead. This facility is unsafe staff there are unprofessional. I will no longer be taking my two children I am scared for their Safety. This facility is also very dirty. This place needs a lot of cleaning up. I am disgusted with the way my children got treated.

My son has been to several pre-schools and I have not felt comfortable with the environment and staff. Sunrise preschool has made me feel safe for my son to attend this school. It is clean. Organized and staff is very friendly and make us feel as part of the family which is enough to say how comfortable I feel with sunrise preschool in Tolleson.
