While there are some truly outstanding teachers at this center, our overall experience has been disappointing and concerning. Several staff members deserve recognition. Mr. J was exceptional and made a noticeable, positive impact on the children; his absence is deeply felt. TT, Ms. Angela, and the 2–3-year-old classroom teacher are phenomenal—patient, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth. Their care and professionalism are the strongest aspects of this program. Unfortunately, leadership and operations significantly detract from those positives. During an extended two-week inclement weather closure, families were still required to pay full tuition, despite receiving no childcare services and having to secure and fund alternate care. The parent handbook does not clearly explain how tuition is handled during prolonged, center-initiated closures, which made this situation feel unfair and poorly managed. Additionally, there are serious concerns about Pre-K readiness. The curriculum and classroom execution do not appear to adequately prepare children for kindergarten expectations, which is troubling given the importance of this developmental stage. There have also been instances of additional money being collected without transparent explanation regarding its purpose or allocation. Clear communication and accountability around fees are essential, and the lack of disclosure has caused discomfort among families. Overall, while the teachers mentioned above are truly an asset, administrative decisions, lack of transparency, and insufficient educational outcomes—particularly at the Pre-K level—make it difficult to recommend this center without reservations. Strong leadership, clearer financial policies, and improved academic preparation would greatly improve the experience for families.

This is an amazing daycare and learning institution! The atmosphere is so sweet and welcoming. I enjoy that the children are experiencing good memories here. The children are going on field trips and having something new to experience every week. The children are so busy and tired when I pick them up. I like that they are ready to share about their day when I pick them up. My toddler has never been so happy. She talks a lot now. She has learned to wave correctly. Ms TT taught her that. They are eating good food and good brands. I love this daycare. It’s a great feel from the door to the classrooms.

As soon as you hit the door every staff member is saying " hello mom" . .... even the teachers who aren't involved in my childs classroom know her name. It is very affordable and the services they offer - drop off and pick up from school- drop off at home- and stays open late - are reasons I moved my baby. I am blessed to have them local to me. I pray each daycare associates continues to strive to care and love the children enrolled. It truly shows the compassion for children care every time I am in the center. The director is so warm and caring she is in the right business.

I looove loove this daycare! My daughter loves it as well! The price is very much affordable! The staff is just spontaneous and genuine!
