Learning Tree Daycare Ctr@ Bartlett, INC

My daughter was in the infant room for only one month. During that time, she went HOURS (5-6) without being fed multiple times. I showed up early one time and they had all the babies in the room in bouncers and teachers were just sitting there. No tummy time, no reading, nothing for the infants. I picked her up early (12:30pm) another time and her form they gave me said she had a dirty diaper at 8:30am and 3 wet diapers after that. I changed her diaper shortly after picking her up and there was still feces in the cracks of her legs and in her private areas, none on her bottom so she hadn't gone again. So that means the first teacher who changed the dirty diaper did not clean her properly, and the teachers that changed her wet diapers did not even wipe her off at all. That is asking for an infection. I have more complaints, but after the diaper incident I was done and pulled her out. I talked to the director of the daycare, and he could not have cared less.

My son has been going there for a little minute now and basically I haven't had no problems. He does have autism and they seem to keep up with him as much as possible. They Make sure everything is in order and just have great personalities when I pick him up. I have ran into maybe one or two situations where he had a small scar or he was whining but they will reassure me that no bullying is tolerated and they watch with as many eyes as possible to the kids. Also the owner Mr Keith he is a very nice guy. He works with you especially when it comes to payments and it's very understanding. There are some times where my money is funny and he will definitely work around the needs of the parent. I only deal with the after-school care so as far as I know those in the evening are awesome. I'm not sure about the other teachers. With him having autism sometimes he freaks out and they can't seem to calm him down but all in all they do try everything and then call me. I wouldn't say their as trained with those with autism but they do try soothing and comforting remedies which means a lot more to me than just sitting him in a corner. They also are aware that this parent does not play and is very serious about my lil guy. Lol... In the end, would recommend.

They went out of their way to work with my child. My son was kicked out of 3 daycares before I found this one. They are very patient and tolerant with difficult children.

This was a great great daycare for my younest child since she was 6 months old so I though i can bring my Twins here because they was awesome...not the case the teacher they had did not like my twins i witness this with my own eyes so i took ALL of the out and on the very last day she told us GOOD RIDDANCE WOW i have seen this lady almost every morning thought she was nice but i see she put up a nice front in front of me Hate i had to remove them all my baby loved it there and they love her!!

I was trying to come by and get some information, I rung bell an waited for 10mins outside no one ever came to the door. Then a young lady pulled up and put in the code to the door, when I asked who was the director she had a little attitude and said she didn’t know instead of saying hold on let me see what is going on.. needless to say all that put a bad taste in my mouth
