Kingdom Kids Preschool

My child has been going to Kingdom Kids for 3 years. He loves going there and I have been impressed with how well they are helping him develop, learn and grow. All of the staff are kind, loving and professional. Every teacher he has had there has been excellent, and my child speaks of each of them. The director Tiffany does a great job and I can see how much she loves and cares for the children. Not only does she do well to lead the school but she is in the classrooms helping with the children whenever needed. Kingdom Kids has my full trust in caring for and helping raise my child.

Highly unprofessional staff. Tiffany the director very unpleasant and rude. She is highly confrontational and aggressive , does not think things through, quick to jump to her own conclusions. Great staff members have left due to her oversight of this preschool. Additionally my child had a terrifying experience and I have contacted the owner Emily Merrill at least twice now with no return phone call to my concerns. I would highly NOT recommend sending your kids to kingdom kids due to their aggressiveness towards parents and staff and unresponsive when an incident occurs.

I would recommend Kingdom Kids Preschool to anyone with children. They are very accommodating and the owner of the business has the kindest heart of anyone I have met. If you want your child to receive the best care in Flagstaff this is the place to send them. The staff are all friendly and helpful, as well as loving and I can tell they are happy with their employment. Not to mention this preschool has been voted Best of Flagstaff two years in a row, which is a big thing in this town.

My 2 y/o has been going here for 6 months now, I could change her to a different preschool her sister goes to and save $100/month. But, I can't do it. The place is always clean, access to camera 24/7 from parents devices to watch your child anytime you want. Indoor and outdoor play areas to accommodate flagstaff weather. All staff are "certified teachers" My baby is happy, staff is always nice. In 6 months I have never had cause for a single complaint. I would rather put in extra hours at work to keep her here. I'm always informed daily with personalized notes in my childs lunch box. I get calls for any "bobo" reports. Great security. A personalized pun code at the front door for each parent. Second, staff member that never leaves the desk to watch you sign in and out. A second pin code gate. Just to get inside. I've seen a lock down procedure due to an recognized parent bolting out the door with a great response and collaboration with law enforcement. I could send my daughter anywhere else. I hope this helps new parents and new to the area parents.
