Kindercare Learning Ctrs 1035

I've had two kids enrolled at Green Bay West KinderCare over the past three years and it's been a great experience. My oldest started there as a 4 year old and my youngest started as a 1 year old; the oldest is now in school, but the youngest is still enrolled until the school year starts. The team at this daycare treats us like family. My kids look forward to going, and my now 7 year old even asks to help drop off or pick up his sister just so he can say hi to the teachers and the directors - hugs all around! We were in a bind three years ago looking for a trustworthy place for our kids when a new job meant moving to a new daycare as well. As one can guess, finding childcare isn't easy (especially when we had a 1 year old at the time). We found temporary care while waiting for an opening but, to be honest, it wasn't an ideal situation. The directors at KinderCare took time to listen to our concerns and worked hard to accommodate our needs - much sooner than initially anticipated. We were so thankful then, and even more grateful now after the wonderful experience our kids have had under their care. After another shift in jobs the location is no longer convenient for us, but we've loved it so much that we've stayed and plan to do so until our kids age out. Our child started at Green Bay West KinderCare when she was 3 months old and is only leaving to start attending school. We searched many facilities, and found that the Kindercare facilities were the highest-rated ones in our area. We initially had an arrangement with a facility right in our neighborhood, but that fell through due to changes in staffing and they no longer had space for her. In a panic, I called the Green Bay West Kindercare facility and talked to Michelle, who thankfully assured us that she would have a spot. She's been there ever since! With all of the changes that have happened in ours lives these last 5 years, we have always known that at Kindercare she would be well-cared for in a safe, caring, and fun environment where learning is a priority, in all of the rooms. Her journey started with Ms. Yulia in the infant room, moving on to Ms. Sue before her retirement, Ms. Brenda in the "twos" room, and most recently in the "big kids room" she has been able to learn from and interact with Ms. Toni, Ms. Margie, Ms. Kylie, and now most recently, Ms. Katie and Ms. Maria. And of course with great support from Ms. Lynn and Ms. Michelle (thank you for all the Goldfish crackers!) She has loved and adored EVERY single teacher, and thanks to all of them, is well-equipped and poised to take on her next adventure, kindergarten.

The director and the staff at this facility are super dedicated to the care of your children. They are heartwarming people who give everything they have to make you and your children feel comfortable with the facility and or the transition into daycare from home care. I have been using this facility off and on for 4 years and have never been disappointed in the staff or the company's response to concerns. They do have a curriculum to help teach your children at their specific mile-stones, aid in potty training, and with social development. As a college educated mother of 3 boys I would like to personally thank the director and staff for all of their efforts toward my children and the other kids that truly need someone who cares when their parents are working. You all are absolutely amazing!

My son has been going here since he was about a year and a half old. He’s three now. The teachers work wonderfully with him, and trust me- he is a tiny tornado, full of energy. He can be a handful! They help me to find ways to help him. He had a speech therapist last year that would come to the daycare and work with him, but also help the teachers with finding ways to work with him and the rest of the little kiddos. They were very receptive and have been an awesome team to have for my little guy.

I am a parent of a preK child at Kindercare West in Green Bay. I have always been happy with our experience having a child at this center. Management at the center has always been warm and welcoming and the staff go above and beyond to meet the daily needs of our child. I am able to check my child’s daily reports and activities using the App they offer and it is so easy, it just sends text messages and emails straight to my phone. I always see staff cleaning when I go to drop off and pick up my child and I my favorite part is how happy my child is to be there🥰. Kinder care has definitely made our family feel like a priority and we could not survive without them!
